2 CHRISTMAS MENU 2018 STARTERS Cream of sweet potato soup, roast garlic and toasted cumin. (v) Ham Hock, Smoked chicken terrine, classical pickles, wholegrain mustard and basil. Oak Smoked Salmon Ballantine, salmon caviar, dill mayonnaise and cucumber. Slow Roast belly pork with Ras el Hanout spice, sage and roasted apple, cider vinegar dressing Roasted butternut squash, poached pear and whipped blue cheese, rocket salad. (v) MAIN COURSES 31 day dry aged Roast Rump of Beef cooked pink with forestiere sauce. Char grilled 8oz Hereford Ribeye steak with pink peppercorn sauce. Char grilled 6oz Aberdeen Angus fillet steak with salsa Verde. ( 4.00 supplement) Free Range classical Roast Turkey and braised leg, sage and Onion stuffing, Pig-in-Blanket Redcurrant and rosemary sauce. Roast fillets of Seabream, sundried tomato, olives and fennel, sauce persillade. Spinach, mushroom & brie tart, pickled wild mushrooms and red onion, and burnt butter dressing. (v) Main course served with seasonal vegetables, chunky chips and our potato dish of the day. DESSERTS Christmas spiced Loaf, cinnamon, brandy cream and ginger. Blackcurrant panna cotta, lavender granite, apple and crumble textures. Chocolate ganache tart with lemon thyme ice cream, raspberry flavours. Selection of properly matured British and French cheeses. ( 4.00 supplement) for three courses Plus 10% service charge.

(A Discretionary 10% service charge will apply to all bookings of 6 and above diners) The menu will be three courses, all vegetables, chips and potatoes are included. We also kindly require your party s food requirements up to two weeks prior to your booking. These terms and conditions are for your information regarding our policy with group bookings of 8 people and upwards. *deposit information. With groups of 8 or more people we require a 10 per head deposit to secure the booking; this would be normally secured by supplying us with credit or debit card details. No monies would be taken from the card. *Cancelation Policy We would need minimum of 72hrs for the full cancelation of a booking for there to be no charge, if there is a cancelation after this time then the 10 per head deposit held by the credit/debit card details supplied will be chargeable at our discretion. If numbers drop from the party by more than 3 with no communication a charge of 10 a head is chargeable per cover lost.
