Enjoy meals prepared by our renowned chefs at the Trackside Bistro located in the heart of our facility,where you will have the best seat in the house overlooking the track and field, gym and aquatic centre. A healthy, three-tier menu is available for all in-house groups, with meal packages to suit any budget or appetite. Our talented chefs can also organise menus that cater to your specific dietary requirements. Please list your desired meals and times on the accompanying booking form. Function packages are also available on request. This is a sample menu only; options may vary on seasonal produce and availability. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Please list details of any dietary requirements prior to arrival on allocated form distributed by your Accommodation Coordinator. Groups with specific dietary requirements must make themselves known to the head chef upon arrival to Trackside Bistro. 2. Please advise if you would like a specific menu for the duration of your stay. Extra charges may be applied to variations to the above menu % surcharge on public holidays. 4.
