2 WELCOME Thank you for your interest in The Inlet Sports Lodge s venue for your special event! The Inlet Sports Lodge offers the perfect space for anyone seeking an intimate and unique atmosphere for small receptions, birthdays, holiday parties & more. The venue includes our 1600 sq./ft. outdoor Courtyard and 850 sq./ft. adjoining indoor Club Room. By itself, the indoor Club Room can comfortably seat 20 people, and the outdoor courtyard can comfortably seat another 20 people. Both areas combined can hold a maximum of 75 people with heavy hors d'oeuvres, or 40 people for seated dinners. We have two exclusive catering options for you to choose from that can assist you in all the details for your event. Our caterers include our on-site restaurant CŌSTA Coastal Kitchen & Bar specializing in fine, Italian & Seafood Cuisine, and Inlet Affairs Banquet & Catering, located one mile north of our property, across from the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. While we do not have a designated event planner here on-site at the Inlet Sports Lodge, the caterer of your choice will be happy to assist you in determining all of your food and beverage needs, seating arrangements, and table setting details. For additional needs, you may preview our recommended list of vendors on the final page of this packet.

3 The Courtyard The ClubRoom Approximate 1600 sq./ft. space and Bar area in outdoor Courtyard for your food and beverage needs through whichever caterer you select. Outdoor Courtyard seating includes 4 stationary wooden patio tables with 18 seats total, plus 8 chairs around the Bar and bench seating under Courtyard awning (additional seating may be arranged with catering). Two 52 in. flat screen TVs in Courtyard with hookups for picture or slideshow displays. Left corner under awning available for band or DJ setup. Due to our setup, we No Longer allow Wedding Ceremonies on Property. For a list of recommended ceremony locations nearby, please visit our vendors on the final page. Approximate 850 sq./ft. Club Room included in venue rental with Courtyard. Club Room seating includes 5 round tables with 4 seats per table, plus additional seating with usage of loveseats and corner sofa (additional seating may be arranged with catering). A 52 in. flat screen TV in Club Room with hookups for picture or slideshow displays. The Club Room may be rented out at a lesser rate excluding the courtyard, for daytime events under 25 people, without any live entertainment or music, at the discretion of management, and on a case by case basis.

4 Accommodations The Inlet Sports Lodge offers twenty-nine standard Deluxe Studio rooms and five Luxury Suite Rooms. The Lodge is within minutes of some of the area s best dining, area attractions including Huntington Beach State Park & Brookgreen Gardens, and is close to a variety of ceremony spots along the South-End of Myrtle Beach. As we only have 34 rooms total and our availability can quickly change, we are not able to offer room blocks. However, you are more than welcome to recommend our accommodations to your out of town guests based on availability. You may call our front desk reservations staff to inquire about rates during the time frame of your event, or visit our website to check rates and view specials your guests may qualify for as well. The D eluxe Studio Our standard room is a full efficiency Deluxe Studio and features your choice of a King Bed or 2 extra-long pillow top Twin Beds, as well as a kitchenette with standard refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and two-top burner stove. A queen sleeper sofa can be paired with the King or Twin Beds in the Deluxe Studio. Bathrooms are quipped with a shower featuring 4 massaging body jets.the room comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. A third adult may be included at a small daily extra person fee.. The Luxury Suite For families or parties with 3-4 or more adults and/or kids, we recommend our Luxury Suite. The Luxury Suite consists of 2 adjoining rooms: the Standard Deluxe Studio (mentioned above) plus an adjoining room. The adjoining room of the Suite features an aditional full bathroom, a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot instead of the full kitchenette, and has a regular loveseat sofa instead of the Queen Sleeper Sofa. We have 5 total Luxury Suites.

5 Frequently Asked Questions What is the Cost? The cost for use of the space starts at $1750 for weddings and rehearsal dinners. Some exclusions may apply to special events such as holiday parties and gatherings during the week or in off-season. Can you have a ceremony at the Lodge? We are not set up to have ceremonies on-site, only receptions at parties. Are Any Other Outside Caterers Allowed? We do not allow any catering companies aside from our two approved caterers CŌSTA (on-site), and Inlet Affairs Banquet & Catering. Where Can I Find a Catering Menu? Upon request for information, we can provide a catering menu for Inlet Affairs. For CŌSTA, we will provide a contact number for the manager as they like to offer a custom menu and pricing to fit your individual needs. Do you have an Event Coordinator? We do not have an on-site event coordinator. Details from food and beverage, alcohol, and linens can be arranged with the caterer. For tent and equipment rentals, event planners, bakeries and more, see our recommended vendors list (back of information). What is the Maximum seating? Both areas combined hold a total of 75 people for heavy hors d oeuvres. For seated dinners, the courtyard and club room can comfortably seat 20 people each, or 40 people total between the two areas. What About Additional Seating? Your caterer may be able to supply extra tables and chairs, depending on the capacity of your event. Additional tables and chairs can be provided through Event Works, who is included on the last page of Recommended Vendors. Can the space be re-arranged? Furniture from the courtyard and club room are not allowed to be moved or relocated.

6 Frequently Asked Questions (Cont.) What Decor is allowed? We ask that no glitter, confetti, rice or similar materials be used anywhere on property. Candles may be used only with proper care in use of chafing dishes, or in centerpiences where the flame sits 6 inches below the height of the centerpiece. Can there be a DJ or Band? We allow bands and DJs up until 10pm, however as we are also in a residential area, any complaints made by nearby residents that implicate the county noise ordinance may result in the County Officers requiring lowering of music on premise regardless of the time. DJs and bands may set up under the awning in the corner of the Courtyard. We have two televisions outside that may be used for playing music channels such as jazz, soft rock and oldies. What time frame do I have the space for? For the comfort of our hotel guests, our quiet time begins at 10pm year - round. All music and events must end at this time with minutes alloted beyond 10pm for clean up. The space may be set up as early as 11am with some exclusions depending on occupancy. What about tent rentals and/or Heaters? We do not supply tent rentals or heaters at the Inlet Sports Lodge. However, we advise both to be considered depending on the time of year. November February can require heaters, and we are subject to rain year-round. For tent rentals, the Courtyard area is 29 ft. by 26ft (excluding the Bar area and space under awning). Your caterer may be able to assist in making arrangements for you as well as refer to Event Works (contact info in our vendor recommendations on final pages) Do the televisions have hookup capabilities? Our TV in both the Club Room and the two TVs in the Courtyard are 54 in. and capable for use with presentations. There is no area on the wall for projection in the Club Room. We recommend bringing your own hookup cords, and to check that they work well prior to the time and day of your event. We do not supply additional cords or cables and do not have tech personnel here on site. *The information provided is only a summary of highlights from our Venue Rental Agreement. Further deatils regarding policies and procedures are outlined in the agreement upon moving forward.
