2 Conferences & Events The Maroochy RSL Events Centre is located in the heart of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. It is just one hour north of Brisbane, with Caloundra to the south, Noosa to the north and is in close proximity to the Sunshine Coast Airport. The Maroochy RSL Events Centre is a purpose-built events centre, featuring banquet seating for up to 450 guests and a total of five conference rooms. A spacious pre-event foyer provides for options such as exhibitions, product launches, dinners, pre-dinner drinks and canapés, general lounge seating and a relaxing environment within the club. The Maroochy RSL Events Centre has state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology, with the addition of staging and dance floor. Located within walking distance to the picturesque Maroochy River, beaches, shopping centres and an abundance of accommodation options, we are the ideal venue for your next event. The Maroochy RSL Events Centre also houses the sophisticated Elevations Bar. A multi-level, undercover car park is available to guests, free of charge and a courtesy coach operates seven days a week. 4 Meeting & Function Rooms The spacious Maroochy RSL Events Centre s flexible layout can be tailored to seat over 800 delegate s theatre style and up to 450 banquet style. Ballroom The Ballroom suite can be configured into four rooms with a large foyer area suited to conference breaks and trade exhibitions. All rooms are fully air conditioned with state-of-the-art audio visual and lighting equipment. Complimentary undercover car parking is included and full business facilities are available. Boardroom The Boardroom has been designed to cater for board meetings up to 20 guests and has state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including a large-screen LCD monitor. The Boardroom hire fee also includes freshly brewed coffee and tea on arrival, writing pads, pens and mints. 4
