Established since 2009 at the University Campus, provides the Université de Sherbrooke along with many clients and organisations in the greater Sherbrooke area. Recipient of the «Rayonnement» Award as part of the Prix reconnaissance Sherbrooke ville équitable, uses 99% biodegradable products and insure the recycling and composting of 95% of its residuals, in line with its policy of sustainable development. Flexible and convinced that we can exceed the expectations of its clients, can to customize all our menus to suit all needs.
