3 General policies An additional $5 per person will be charged for meals served in rooms A-B-C-D-E or outside of the Exhibition Center. Each meal is assigned a maximum duration from the planned start until the time that coffee is served: Breakfast: 2 hours Lunch: 2.5 hours Dinner: 3 hours Cocktails: 3 hours For any additional time, an amount of $35/hour per server will be charged. For bar service, a minimum sales total of $500 is required for 3 hours of activity. If the minimum of $500 is not reached at the end of operations, the difference will be billed and $35/hour per server will also be charged for any time exceeding the 3 base hours. A surcharge of $10 per person will be applied for events held on public holidays. A deposit of 75% of the estimated total is required before the contract is executed. The balance must be paid within 30 days after receipt of the invoice. A credit card number will be required as a guarantee of payment. The menu and the number of guests must be confirmed 10 working days before the event. The client commits to paying for the number of confirmed guests in the event that the actual number in attendance is lower than the figure confirmed. If the actual number of guests is greater than the confirmed number, we commit to serving, at the set price, 5% of the initially confirmed number. In no case may the client, the client s guests, or the exhibitors bring food or drink. Cancellation of the contract 0-7 days before its execution will entail costs equal to 100% of the contract.
