3 rooms with a view Choose your perfect wedding celebration space from our three levels. aqua level one Located on the ground floor of the Beach Hotel facing Frederick Street, this room provides easy street-level access and is equipped with its own bar facilities, bathroom and sound system. A private ambience for small gatherings with water views. Ideal for intimate seated reception or cocktail style celebration. Capacity: 70 people cocktail 50 people seated aqua level two Located on the deck level of the Beach Hotel, level two includes its own bar, sound system, bathroom facilities and features an open verandah overlooking Merewether Beach. Windows provide sunny vistas in an open, airy room full of light during daytime. A beautiful room with a beachside ambience. Capacity: 140 people cocktail 80 people seated aqua level three This newly-renovated, spacious and elegant room spans the top floor of the Beach Hotel with uninterrupted views along the 30 metre frontage. A fusion of contemporary style and ageless beachside chic creates an ambience where the Pacific spirit is truly alive. Perfect for weddings, corporate functions or any special occasion. Capacity: 180 people cocktail 140 people seated * Wheelchair access via Ridge Street entrance on Level Two with lift access to Level Three. Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities available on Level Two. + Cocktail refers to guests standing, though some seating can be made available. Cocktail, finger food and mini meal options only for this style function.

4 cocktail style wedding celebration Aqua Events provides the perfect location for the ultimate relaxed, casual wedding celebration with a unique beachside ambience. Your guests are free to stand and mingle and take in the glorious ocean views. Several groupings of seats can be made available and placed as requested. Our friendly, experienced wait staff will walk amongst guests serving delicious selections of cocktail food. Each room includes its own bar or drinks can be served to guests in situ. 6 seated wedding reception Whether it s an elegant, beach inspired wedding celebration or a decadent, formal reception your guests can relax and take a seat while we spoil them with service. Choose tables set for 8 or 10, adorned with crisp white table linen and sparkling silverware. Add your own style, or theme with place cards, centrepieces, flowers, guest gifts or bonbonniere. Select a reception package - either The Classic I Do or The Ultimate I Do. Now, choose the space for your perfect wedding celebration - Aqua Events Level One, Two or Three. View the four course menu choices below (main plus one additional course minimum). Perhaps canapés with champagne on arrival, then seated for entree, main and wedding cake served for dessert followed by tea, coffee and chocolates. Choose two menu options from the selections below for each course (alternate serves) and add kids meals if required.
