3 OUR PRODUCE AND MENUS In Italy an Osteria was originally a place serving wine and simple food. Lately, the emphasis has shifted to the food, but menus tend to be short, with an importance placed on local specialties such as pasta, grilled meat or fish, and often served at shared tables. At Osteria we value fresh local produce, sourcing the majority of our ingredients from local farms and suppliers if we do not grow it in our own gardens. We also pride ourselves on creating menus to cater to any style of wedding or we can create a custom menu to best suit you.

Inclusions - Exclusive & professional staff to service the wedding from start to finish. - An on the day function manager to assist with catering and venue logistics. - Support and development of a venue run sheet in the lead up to the wedding. - Access to the venue for a ceremony rehearsal if required. - Exclusive use of the wedding garden on the day of the wedding. - A wooden wedding arbour and 40 dark wood tiffany chairs placed in the garden for your ceremony. - Portable BOSE sound system for music and ipod connection the wedding garden. - Use of existing lighting in the wedding garden. - Use of 2 x wine barrels in the wedding garden. - 3 x white market umbrellas for the wedding garden. - Exclusive use of the Refinery Hall on the day of the wedding. - Complete use of the BOSE sound system. - Use of the state of the art PA system, including wireless, lapel microphones. & lectern. - Access and use of the lighting in the Refinery Hall. - Hand made long wooden tables (seating up to 150 people). - Dark wood tiffany chairs (for up to 150 people). - All crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen napkins placed on tables. - Placement of table centrepieces and vases by Osteria staff. - Tea light candles provided for each table, and lit prior to reception commencing. - Wooden cake table and cake knife. - Bar set up, including staff and all glassware. Discounted Deluxe Package (excluding public holidays) - $2150 for Monday to Wednesday - $2650 for Thursday - $3150 for Sundays * $500 additional to discounted packages if a public holiday is on the following day. * Friday & Saturday min. 80pax all other days min. 40 pax.
