15 General Information Food and Beverage Our Executive Chef has developed our menus to meet the needs of all our clientele. If you have specific requirements or would like to help create your menu, please let your Sales Manager know and will be happy to work with you to develop the menu you desire. If your group has any special dietary restrictions please inform your Sales Manager ahead of time and we would be happy to accommodate your needs. A final menu selection is due 96 hours prior to the function date. Our Health and Safety policy does not permit any outside food or beverage to be brought into a licensed room. All food and beverages served in the Radisson Hotel Toronto East must be provided by the hotel. The removal of any food and beverage from the premises is prohibited. Pricing Menus items and prices are subject to change based on the current market conditions. A 15% Service Charge will be applied to all Food and Beverage prices. Applicable taxes will be applied to food and beverage and rental charges. Host or Cash Bar Prices indicated are per drink or bottle. Signage All outside signage must be approved by your Sales Manager prior to your event. The use of tape, nails, tacks or staples to hang posters or banners on our walls is not permitted. 16 restricted to the designated meeting space. The hotel can provide a wide range of equipment rentals to help meet the needs of displaying your materials. Parking Parking at the hotel is paid parking. Parking costs are $2.50 per hour up to a max of $8.00 per day. If you are holding a function, we offer Host Paid Parking options so your attendees do not need to pay for parking. Speak with your Sales Manager in regards to the cost for Host Parking. Audio Visual Our Audio Visual is provided by StageVision. They are an onsite company able to supply a variety of up to date services. Arrangements for these services can be made through your Sales Manager at the hotel. Charges are applied to your final invoice through the hotel. S.O.C.A.N We are required by Law to collect on behalf of the Society of Composers, authors and Music Publishers of Canada, royalties when copyrighted music is played. The fee is $60.00 plus taxes. Receiving Meeting Materials Storage of goods shipped prior to the event is subject to time and space restrictions. Please verify with your Sales Manager prior to sending material to ensure we can safely store your materials prior to your event. The Radisson Hotel Toronto East does not accept liability for any loss or damage to good stored before, during or after the conference.
