1 Private parties & events A Room of One s Own The Roebuck is conveniently situated in the centre of Hampstead, attracting guests with its traditional pub ethics since the Victorian times. We currently offer a bespoke service for a whole host of events including casual drinks and dining, wedding receptions, birthdays, wakes, BBQ s, meetings and more. Fawn Bar Cleverly located below the ground floor with its own private bar, Fawn Bar is a comfortably unique and flexible space with classic decor, great for parties, training sessions and corporate meetings. 11 T&Cs booking form overleaf Your booking is confirmed once we have received your signed booking form and deposit payment. Deposit payments will go towards any minimum spend requirement. If you are pre-ordering any food, we ask that you confirm the final number of people attending at least 7 days before your booking for ordering purposes. Please note that this will be the number charged to your final bill. A deposit is required for all functions at least 7 days prior to the event date for food pre-orders. Payment for the hire of our space is non-refundable however payments made for food pre-orders are fully refundable up to 3 days prior to the date of your event, after this date it becomes non-refundable. The full balance is required on the day of your event. On arrival we will kindly ask you for a card to act as a guarantee.
