2 Thank you for considering Victory Brewing Company for your event. We have hosted a variety of events here at our brewpub, including birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, client events and corporate meetings. Our beer hall seats up to 100 people and we offer multiple setups to meet your event needs. The room includes a nine-foot, ceiling-mounted projection screen that is laptop and dvd ready, a conference phone and a cordless microphone. For smaller groups we offer reservations in our dining area (some restrictions apply) or Brewmasters booth. We offer a full range of culinary creations and we are happy to customize your menu to meet your needs. Within our In- House Events Menu you will find several options to choose from including the customizable mix and match packages, breakfast and lunch options, private beer dinners and beer education. If you don t see what you are looking for, just ask! We are happy to accommodate requests.

9 Beer Education Below are some fun ways to complete your Victory experience! Demos and pairings are available for groups of 10 or more. Cooking with Beer Demo A Victory Chef will educate you on how to use beer to create great meals at home. Demos can be included as part of a beer dinner or pairing stations. Demos are $50 for 10 people. For additional people add the below amount per person. 11 In-House Events Reservation Policy Once you have chosen a date for your party, we require a signed copy of your event proposal and credit card number to reserve the date. *A cake cutting fee applies to all desserts brought in for in-house events* Cancellations: 8-14 days before the event- 10% of total charged on credit card 0-7 days before the event- 50% of total charged on credit card Event Room Minimums Monday- Thursday Full Room (11:30am-5pm) $500 Minimum Friday Full Room (11:30am-4pm) $500 Minimum Saturday Full Room (11:30am-4pm) $2500 Minimum Sunday Full Room (11:30am-4pm) $1500 Minimum *Requests to start earlier than 11:30am can often be granted* Monday and Tuesday Full Room (after 5pm) $1500 Minimum Wednesday, and Thursday (after 5pm) $2500 Minimum Friday (after 4pm) and Saturday (after 2pm) No Reservations (Except for the Brewmasters Booth) Sunday Full Room (after 4pm) $2500 Our Brewmasters Booth seats 8-15 people and is available for reservations in 2 hour time-blocks.
