3 about us 3 A little taste of Freshthinking Freshthinking is the University s in-house catering specialist. We have all the ingredients needed to ensure your event is well catered for: Convenient location. Being based on campus, means that we can easily accommodate your requirements even if things change last minute. Quality ingredients. We use ethically sourced, quality ingredients and cater for all needs and dietary requirements. Flexibility. Our chefs can create dishes to satisfy all taste buds all you need to do is ask.
