5 Catering Policies Your price per person is based upon a minimum guaranteed number of guests. If your final guarantee is less than the minimum guarantee, We reserve the right to increase the per person price. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to minors or the guests who appear intoxicated. Clients are required to provide a final guaranteed number of guests no less than seven days prior to the event. We prepare for the number of guests that are guaranteed, and you will be billed for the set number, unless more than the guaranteed number attends the event. Clients are requested to note the start and stop times of their event. Service that is provided prior to, or after these times is subject to an additional charge. Increases in guarantees 48 hours or less prior to the event, may be subject to a surcharge. 5

6 Catering Package Our Catered Package includes: Skirted Buffet tables with color coordinated crunching, Island decor with tropical Flowers and decorated pieces coordinated ribbon as appropriate. Chafing dishes, sternos and serving utensils selected by Client and will be priced accordingly Package price does not include any tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, or china for food or guest seating. Service Personnel (Based on a Four-Hour Event) Function Captain $ Professional Service Personnel $ Bartenders and Chefs $ We consider our standard service time for a function as four hours.
