1 We reckon that most people spend too much time doing what they have to do, not what they want to do. Well that was us a few years back, until we met the Shivering Man. Inspired by his bare all attitude we joined him in taking the plunge to do what we really wanted to run a brewery with mates. And that s what Coldstream Brewery is all about, taking the time to do what you want to do. The boys started out brewing in what is now The Brewery Bar. A lots changed since 2007 we ve added three new beers to the line-up along with two ciders and we re now available nationwide. Brewing no longer happens onsite but the beers are true to the original recipes; high quality hops, malt and yeast that were trialled, tested and tasted many a time out at the Pub. There s no better way to honour a former Brewery than to turn it into a pub so enjoy and have a brew or two.

YES IS THE ANSWER PAIR OUR BEER & CIDERS WITH OUR WINE & FIZZ PACKAGES BEERS & CIDERS $7 - POT, $9 - SCHOONER, $11 - PINT Czech Pilsner As traditional as it gets, our pilsner is a light hoppy European style lager. This style originated in the city of Pilsen in the Czech Republic. To keep it true to the style, we brew our pilsner mainly using hops called Czech Saaz that come from the Czech Republic. It is brewed using a traditional layering process involving a cool fermentation and a long conditioning over several weeks at a low temperature. Golden Ale Our Golden Ale uses both Munich & Crystal malts for sweet bready flovour. We then add Galaxy & Citra hops to the whirpool, and finally dry hopped with Galaxy & Enigma to give a floral finish. This Style of beer bridges the gap between largers and ales. Australian Pale Ale Using Maris Otter & Joe White Munich malts to create a rich & slightly nutty base, our expression of an Australian style pale ale is a light & floral one with a balanced bitterness throughout. Hopped with Fuggles and Amarillo for body and bitterness, then dry hopped with cascade to add a floral, spicy and citrus complexity. We reckon it s our best expression we have created yet! Grand Porter It s not a stout, Bock or a Doppelbock, Our Grand Porter is a smooth tasting dark ale. We use five different malts such as chocolate and amber malts to ensure it exerts a full flavour profile. Originating from London in the 18th century this beer is still very much alive today. Apple Cider Our Cider is made from 100% locally sourced apple juice, strictly no powdered concentrates here! Using a variety of Pink Lady, Granny Smith & Red Delicious apples, and a cool fermentation, best enjoyed over ice Pear Cider Not a Perry, a mix of 60% apple juice and 40% pear juice, our pear cider is made from 100% local fruit. With a touch more natural fruit sweetness than our Apple Cider

4 NO ONE LOOKS BACK ON THEIR LIFE AND REMEMBERS THE NIGHTS THEY HAD PLENTY OF SLEEP WHAT WE CAN DELIVER Size The Old Brewery function room is best suited to groups between 25 and 100, with groups between 40 to 80 being the optimal number for a function group. Food Al la carte service is not available for any bookings in excess of 20, instead we offer groups of this size a menu choice, please refer to page 2. Food is served between midday-3pm & 6pm-9pm Please confirm any dietary requirements prior to your function. We are able to cater for gluten free, celiac, diary, fructose, vegetarian and vegan guests. You will be charged based upon the amount of people booked (please ensure that your group size is accurate 7 days out). For example $35 per person multiply by 50 people = $1750 Drinks Coldstream Brewery is not a BYO venue. We have our Coldstream beers and ciders available on tap, plus wine/fizz packages by the glass. In addition, we have a fully stocked bar with additional wines, spirits and cocktails. We welcome you to select our $35pp 4 hour beverage package, covering all Coldstream beers, ciders plus house wine (white, red & bubbles) and soft drink. Alternatively set a tab to your nominated amount for your function, or we can run a cash bar. All tabs must be cleared at the conclusion of your function. Last drinks will be called at 10:30pm with all functions finishing at 11pm. Should your event require extension to these hours please discuss with our Coldstream Crew. Music We offer you the opportunity to engage a band or DJ for your function. We have a large selection of playlists available through Spotify or should you have a particular playlist requirement this can be created in advance by you in Spotify to be accessed by you on the night. Function Duration Day functions are by arrangement only, and we cannot guaranteed sole use of the Old Brewery during the hours of 11am & 6pm. Late Night Trading Evening functions can commence at 6pm until 11pm. Additional surchange of $200 per hour applies for functions requiring event to run until 1am. Tabs We can arrange for a function tab set to your nominated amount. Once this amount is drawing to an end you will be notified should you wish to continue or to switch to a cash bar. Decorations We allow decorations to be added to the function room, however these must not interfere with other patrons or Coldstream Brewery staff. All must be easily removed by functions organiser at the conclusion of your function. Minimum Spend Should you wish to use the Old Brewery without catering we require a minimum spend of $2500 on beverages. No external catering/food is permitted on premise.

5 THE BEST MEMORIES COME FROM THE MOST CRAZIEST IDEAS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposits A $200 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit will be returned at the conclusion of function and can be used as part/full payment for catering or beverage tab. Deposit will be withheld should any damage be made to Coldstream Brewery property, or if the function is cancelled without 14 days notice of confirmed date. Excess damage Should this occur the customer/guest responsible will be charged for the replacement cost of the item(s). Nominated responsible person(s) Every function requires a responsible person, somebody that can talk with their group and act on their behalf. We will communicate with this person regarding tab, food, music or any negative behaviour. Confirmation of function Confirmation needs to be finalised at least 7 days prior to confirmed date of Function. This includes number of guests (as this will be what we use to charge food costs) and dietary requirements. Dietary requirements DIetary requirements can be catered for. Please confirm these seven days prior to date of booking. Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy Thank you for considering our establishment for your function. Our venue is committed to the responsible serving of alcohol because we: aim to provide a safe and friendly environment for our guests and staff want to abide by our legal obligations under the Liquor Control Reform Act All our staff are trained in the Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA). We seek the co-operation of patrons to assist us in achieving our aim to provide the best possible experience for you and your guests. Therefore, we adopt the following RSA practices: Whilst the final decision in respect to RSA issues will at all times be the responsibility of the venue, we require you to nominate a responsible person to assist our staff with any issues regarding liquor service at your function. Minors will not be served alcohol. Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be readily available at all times. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of alcohol consumed by any particular guest. We reserve the right to stop the supply of alcohol to the group, or any particular guest/s if it becomes apparent at any time (even prior to scheduled finish) that the guests are intoxicated. We reserve the right to close down the function if the behaviour of the guests becomes unacceptable. Guests who are intoxicated will not be served any alcohol and will be required to leave the premises. All guests are encouraged to ensure they have safe transport from Coldstream Brewery. Staff will offer to call a taxi for any guest/s they consider should not be driving. We respect our neighbours, and encourage our customers to leave the premises in a manner that does not disturb the amenity of the area.
