7 7 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND CHANGES Any order implies the customer s acceptance of these conditions Payment The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and the 50% deposit of the total amount. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card debit (by filling in the authorization form upon request) Balance Payment On site Or Upon invoice reception: only when billing information has been given prior to the event Any cancellation or change must be done in writing By signing the quotation, the client accepts our sales conditions. No later complaint, related to the current conditions, will be accepted. Bank Details: Hôtel Le Place d Armes, Luxembourg - HLPA S.à.r.l. BIL BIC : BILLLULL LU Cancellation Up to 15 days before arrival day: 50% of the total amount will be invoiced as cancellation fees Up to 5 days before arrival day: 100% of the total amount will be invoiced as cancellation fees Number of guests updates Up to 3 working days before the arrival date (72h), no fees will be charged for any change regarding the number of participants. Below 3 working days before the arrival date, any cancellation will be charged. If the number of guests is reduced after the delay given, the private room booked for the event and the price can be subjected to a change based upon the final number of participants. Choice of menus The menu choice has to be confirmed at the latest 8 working days before the event. Beyond 72 working hours, the Chef Fabrice Salvador will compose the menu according to the products of the market and upon arrival. The menu printing is included in our rates in a standard format (A4 or A5). For the logo display, signage system and menu: please communicate your request and files at least 4 working days before the event and in JPEG format for the logo.
