2 About Us On the water s edge at beautiful Berowra Waters, the Waterview has been owned and operated by the same family since 1992 carving out a reputation for the freshest and best seafood in Sydney. The restaurant is fully licenced, air conditioned and licenced to seat 180 patrons inside and out (recommended maximum for weddings 130 patrons). With fantastic bushland views over the marina the Waterview is truly a unique venue for those looking for a relaxing, bushland waterfront venue. We have hosted more than 1000 weddings and our staff are ready to discuss how we can make your wedding an event that will have your guests complimenting your choice in venue for years to come.

House policy on Spirits Subject to the above the spirits may be purchased directly from the bar either by cash sale or prepaid tab. Doubles will not be served and all spirit sales will cease 3hrs after start of function. (this policy has been introduced to ensure your wedding day runs perfectly)

7 Terms & Conditions Arrival & Departure Time Frames All function pricing is based on a 4 ½ hr. duration within the time frames listed below, guests will not be permitted entry until the booked start time. After the 4 ½ hr period the bar will be closed for alcohol service and only background music can be played. An additional 1/2hr grace period is allowed for guests to finish up and depart : LUNCH Reception DINNER Reception Start Time Bar Close s Guest vacate by 12:00 Noon 4:30 pm 5:00 pm 6.00pm 10.30pm 11.00pm NB Time frames may vary slightly depending on other session bookings. Music & Entertainment Due to the sensitive location of the Waterview Restaurant, all loud music must cease by 10.30pm Fridays & Saturdays and 10pm Sundays Thursdays. The Waterview also reserves the right to moderate sound levels. Children Menu Prices We have a limited Children s Menu available, which include soft drinks, prices below: Children ages 2-12 yrs $37.50 per/person (Children s meals, 2 courses) Musicians, Photographers, etc These guests will be provided with a three course meal or buffet and non-alcoholic drinks at a cost of $45.00 per/person (seating arrangements should be made to accommodate guests) Deposit A deposit of $500 is required to secure a booking. This payment holds your date for a cooling off period of 7 days. If you decide within this 7 day period not to proceed with your booking, for whatever reason, providing you notify us in writing, the $500 deposit will be refunded in full by cheque. Final payment The final payment must be received in full no later than 10 days prior to your reception based on the final guest numbers and menu selection provided by you. This payment can be made either by bank cheque, eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or bank deposit. Cancellations In the event you need to cancel your function, then your deposit will be refunded in full providing that the date is rebooked with a comparable function, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. Pricing & Menus All pricing is inclusive of GST and services costs. However, due to changing market forces and availabilities, the Waterview Restaurant reserves the right to alter its menus and prices without notice prior to the booking and with written notice and explanation to any booking that may be affected. Responsible Service of Alcohol The Waterview Restaurant will refuse service to any guest under the age of 18 or unable to provide proof of age, or any guest we believe to be intoxicated or disruptive. Damage or additional Cleaning Cost Any costs incurred from wilful or negligent damage, acts or mess coursed by guests shall be your responsibility.
