EXCLUSIVE PASSENGER CAR SERVICES The Itinere staff dedicated to services on board the Frecce trains is extremely professional in the organisation of catering services that meet the needs and requests of every customer. To meet even the most specific requirements, our staff can create a tailor-made catering service designed down to the smallest detail, where the menu can be created ad hoc. The passenger car services are carried out by operators exclusively dedicated to groups, directly inside the passenger cars, thus offering maximum comfort and an exclusive service to each guest. 10 GUIDED TASTING OF WINES AND PRODUCTS OF THE TERRITORY WINE EXPERIENCE Program of the Wine Experience Guided tour through fascinating vineyards, wineries and ageing barrels. Tasting of a glass of white wine and red wine most representative of the company in combination with typical products of Emilia Romagna. Special price for the purchase of wines and products at the wine shop of the Umberto Cesari company, on the day of the tour (15% discount). The visit includes transfer from the Central Station of Bologna to the winery and return to the station at the end of the visit. Tours are held from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm, with the last tour departing at 4.00 pm. The guided tour lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes for groups of 10 to 45 people. The entire experience will take about 3 hours. At least 20 days notice is required. 11 BOOKING METHOD: Bookings must be made about 10 days prior to departure of the train, and sent to the Our catering services for groups can be booked starting from a minimum of 10 people. IN-SEAT SERVICE: The surcharge for the Dedicated Service is for each operator engaged in the service. The number of dedicated operators varies depending on the route, the service selected and the number of people in the group. PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE: All payments for group bookings must be made by bank transfer at least 10 days prior to departure. FREE OFFERS AND GIVEAWAYS: For services on board scheduled trains, where a special discount has not already been applied, a free meal is given for every 50 guests, plus a free meal for the contact person or leader of the group. CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellations will be accepted once payment has been made. Requests for additional guests may be accepted up to 5 days prior to departure. In case of complete cancellation of the service up to 10 business days prior to departure, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained. In case of total cancellation of the service within 10 business days prior to departure or in the event of no-show of the group on the train, the total booking amount will be retained.
