3 Autumn years ago we brought you fresh olives Now we re freshening up nuts Our new range unites classic nut mixes with interesting flavours from all across the Mediterranean - we roast small batches, so you don t have to. From the punchy flavours of Rose Harissa, Piment d Espelette, sumac, ras el hanout, truffle and pecorino, to the classic tastes of basil pesto and rosemary, to subtly-seasoned top quality nut mixes - we ve got the perfect snack for every palette and price point. Sourcing and pairing the very best ingredients has always been core to what we do. Now we re using 25 years hard-won knowledge and experience to add new twists to classic bar snacks. All of our nut mixes are handmade in house at Belazu, using the same small batch techniques that you d find in the UK s best restaurants.

5 Our new nut range was dreamt up in The Pembury Kitchen by Belazu co-founder George and our resident innovation development chef, Ross Gibbens. Most Michelin starred restaurants or five star hotels will roast their own nuts in house - for consistency, and lack of choice from suppliers. By working in small batches, we can give the consistently excellent standard that chefs are looking for.
