3 What s New? Every year we work hard to source and produce interesting new products and this year is no different. We are especially proud of our Giarraffa olives, new nut mixes, fresh leaf extra virgin olive oils, Tahini, fresh leaf pestos and pickled green strawberries. Please ask your account manager for samples. Giarraffa Olives Flavoured Nuts Fresh Leaf Extra Virgin Olive Oils Tahini Very large Castelvetrano cured bright green olives from southern Sicily. Our flavoured nut range is roasted in-house and now includes five new flavours. We love our new Socca Nut Mix, which is coated with gram flour and parsley Fresh leaves, such as parsley and fig, are stone-crushed with the Arbequina olives at the point of pressing to enhance the flavours. Humera sesame seeds are skillfully roasted to release a rich, nutty, balanced flavour, then double ground for a creamy texture and glossy finish. The Pembury Kitchen is a creative open plan space offering access to our full product range, comprehensive cookery library, meeting area, wide crockery and cookery selection, office facilities, stocked bar and chill out sofa area. 16 Pestos All of our pestos are made in small batches at our London-based HQ. All products have a unique recipe and are made from the best ingredients including aged Parmigiano Reggiano and PDO Genovese basil. We do not add flavourings, colourings or preservatives to any of our pestos and they are all unpasteurised. They re bursting with bright colours and intense flavours. Our supplier is skilled in the precise artisanal tradition of ageing and blending balsamic vinegar. Their craft has been perfected over three generations and complies with the strict laws around the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta). The key to understanding balsamic vinegar lies in the product s density and, as a rule of thumb, the higher the density, the smoother and more rounded the flavour.
