4 We offer 3 packages: Silver - From R459 per person* Gold - From R559 per person* Platinum - From R659 per person* All 3 packages include: 1 x Ceremony Venue 1 x Reception Venue Internal Wedding Coordinators Venue usage from 7am until midnight Standard round tables with chairs Gift table and Cake table Standard Cutlery & Crockery Standard Table Linen Registry Table Set - up team (with floor supervisors) Own parking area and security guards that patrol the area Menu (based on package option) 1 Waiter per table of 10 guests Honeymoon Suite Bridal Dressing Room Grooms Dressing Room Fruit infused water station Canapés & selected Welcome Drinks Complimentary Bed & Breakfast for the Bridal couple on their 1st Anniversary night Discounted rates on accommodation for guests Kindly Note Final numbers must include all service providers that need to be catered for on your wedding day. We require a minimum of 40 guests in order for you to qualify for the package rates. Prices are valid until 31 March 2019.* / 4

5 Our packages exclude the following: Flowers, draping and any additional décor that does not form part of the standard wedding equipment or set-up PA-system Lapel/roving microphone Screen and data projector Stage Wedding stationary (seating plans, name cards, table names, etc.) Wedding cake or any additional snacks DJ or any other form of entertainment Bar account or any other beverages Wedding guests accommodation chalets, luxury rooms or standard rooms for your guests will be available at a 15% discount. Menu: Final menu choices need to be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the wedding Children aged 4 12 years charged at half price per child Halaal and Kosher menus can be arranged at an additional charge Bar services: Bar facilities are fully licensed We will require clients to brief us on their bar requirements at least 7 days prior to the wedding Beverage and wine list is available upon request Corkage fees are applicable Various billing options are available: cash bar, open bar and a limited open bar. A nominated member from the bridal party will be updated on the progress of the bar tab throughout the wedding. Should the final bill be less than the pre-paid tab, the balance will be refunded. / 5

6 Wedding Menu Selection Mix and match from our selection of dishes to make your perfect meal. For your convenience, you create and personalise your own menu by choosing items as specified. Halaal and Kosher menus can be arranged at an additional charge. Our Buffets are served with freshly baked breads and butter. Please advise your co-ordinator of any special dietary requirements, at least 7 days prior to the event. If you have any specific requirements, we recommend meeting with the Banqueting Co-ordinator and Executive Chef.
