With over 38 hectares of stunning vines, rolling clad hills and breathtaking lakeside views, Knotting Hill Estate is the ideal location for an Intimate romantic vineyard wedding, where you can share your big day with family and friends. Your guests will be greeted by a 45m arch bridge that spans across the a stunning 5.5 Ha lake, together with a 23m jetty, which is the perfect place for photographs. The business is very much a family affair and the results of their hard work are evident in everything about the property. 4 Venue Hire We offer the exclusive use of our Venue from 5.30pm 11.30pm A deposit of $980 is required to confirm the booking and we accept cheque and credit card payments. A fee of $500 per hour will be charged for starting times before 5.30pm. We recommend the ratio of bar staff to guests is 1staff for every 25 people. The Bar Manager will be charged at the rate of $45 per hour and additional bar staff will be charged at the rate of $40 per hour Ceremony $ (Inc GST). Ceremony times from 4:00 pm (Grassed Area) Cocktail Wedding up to 150 Guests $3, (Inc GST). 5.30pm 11.30pm Includes Venue Hire, Use of Venue TV and some Venue Furnishings Seated Wedding 100 Guests - $6, (Inc GST). 5.30pm 11.30pm Includes, Tables, Chairs, Dinner Settings, Cutlery, Wine Glasses, Water Glasses, Linen. Breakages/Losses Knotting Hill does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of client s property left at the estate prior to, during or after the function. The client will also be responsible for any damages made by guests or outside contract companies made to the property, equipment, or fittings, prior to, during or after the function. Damage to items such as display goods, glass wear or merchandise is also the responsibility of the client. Breakages, losses, damage and excessive cleaning is to be paid by credit card payment. Duty of Care Under the Liquor Licensing laws of Western Australia we have a duty of care to all our clients. Our management reserves the right to refuse alcohol to any person. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to consume alcohol on the premises. 4

6 Beverages Knotting Hill has a stunning range of award winning wines available for purchase prior to your event. The wine can be held in storage, only after payment has been received in full at time of order. All accounts are to be settled at the conclusion of the function. Knotting Hill can serve BYO beverages such as beer, champagne, soft drink and fortified wines at $5 corkage per head that are to be supplied by the Bride and Groom. 8 Terms & Conditions VENUE HIRE / CONFIRMATION Prices may vary depending on function and terms agreed. Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days. To secure your booking, confirmation in writing as well as deposit for the venue Hire is required. The winery reserves the right to allocate the venue to another client without notice if payment is not received within the 14 day period. Prices quoted current 30 days from receipt of package. PAYMENT TERMS / GUARANTEED NUMBERS / CANCELLATIONS A non refundable deposit of $980 is required on confirmation of the function date. Balance of venue hire costs (Cocktail - $3,000.00)(Seated - $6,000.00) to be paid in full six weeks prior to the wedding date. RESPONSIBILITES / STARTING & FINISHING TIMES The function commences and concludes at the agreed scheduled times. Guests and attendees are to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the directions of Knotting Hill Management. It is the responsibility of the event organiser/s to ensure all guests are present and accounted for at the conclusion of the evening and prior to departure. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door or surface or part of the building. Open flame candles are not permitted as they are considered a fire risk. Glitter, rice & confetti are not permitted. PRICES & CONDITIONS Prices and conditions are subject to demand. Variations will apply based on the number of guests attending a private function and whether the event is to be hosted during the day or the evening. Prices & condition may change without prior notification.
