2 HOWARD PARK S WINE CHAPEL IS A SPECTACULAR LOCATION FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY. Architecturally designed and luxuriously appointed, the Wine Chapel provides a unique wedding venue offering, perfect for the wine connoisseur couple or those who want a truly sophisticated event in one of the South West s most elegant venues. Constructed from materials such as off-form concrete, naturally weathered Cyprus pine, recycled European oak and burnished black iron, the Wine Chapel delivers a strong sense of elemental beauty. Chandeliers made from 40 year old vines from our Abercrombie vineyard are a highlight feature in the main tasting room. Surrounded by manicured gardens and tall marri and jarrah forest, the private terrace commands impressive views over our Leston vineyard to Wilyabrup valley beyond. As each Wine Chapel wedding is a bespoke affair, we hold only a very limited number each year. Our aim is to provide you and your guests with a truly memorable experience offering exceptional wine, great food and outstanding service. 3 THE VENUE The Wine Chapel features a main tasting room, temperaturecontrolled wine cellar displaying examples from the Burch family museum, a lounge area, foyer, commercial kitchen and the potential to hold various marquee configurations on the terrace. For intimate weddings, the Wine Chapel tasting room can seat up to 30 guests, while larger weddings can be accommodated on the expansive outdoor terrace. The terrace s elevated, northerly aspect offers breathtaking views of the famous South West sunset, while the ever-changing colours and textures of the vines ensure a stunning backdrop in any season. We have joined with a select few South West chefs who share our company ethos of delivering abundant menus which beautifully showcase fresh, local produce. Whether you would like an elegant sit down meal, the refined simplicity of a cocktail style wedding or a long-table laden with platters of sumptuous food to share with family and friends, our chefs can assist with crafting your ideal wedding menu. By offering the freedom to engage and liaise directly with your choice of chef from our approved list of partners, we ensure your wedding menu will perfectly match your individual style.

Crafting such labels as Howard Park since 1986 and later MadFish wines, Burch Family Wines carefully select the most premium fruit from the best wine growing regions in Western Australia - Margaret River and the Great Southern. With so many exceptional wines to choose from, we have carefully curated our tiered wine packages to suit a range of different styles & themes. All wine packages run for 6 hours. Extensions beyond 6 hours are charged at $5.00 per person, per half hour. Wine packages are not available on consumption basis.

6 HOWARD PARK WINE CHAPEL TERMS & CONDITIONS CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING A 50% deposit for venue hire is required to guarantee the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final account. All tentative bookings will be held for 14 days. After this time Burch Family Wines reserve the right to allocate the venue to another client if payment has not been received. FINAL CONFIRMATION OF ARRANGEMENTS All arrangements must be finalised no less than six weeks prior to the event, beverages, timings and additional requirements. FINAL PAYMENT Final guest numbers are to be confirmed 21 days prior to the event, whereupon payment comprised of the balance of the venue hire fee and total cost of wine package is due. This number is the minimum number invoiced with additional guests charged accordingly. Please note that this final payment is non-refundable. CANCELLATION Cancellation must be received in writing. In the event of cancellation the full venue hire deposit will be forfeited. Should a cancellation occur within 21 days of the event date, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the remaining venue hire and 50% of the estimated wine package. BREAKAGES AND DAMAGES A $1500 bond is to be paid one week prior to the event to cover any damages sustained to the Wine Chapel or surrounding grounds and buildings caused by the client, guests or suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to building infrastructure, glassware & crockery, audio visual equipment, furniture and decorations. The bond will be refunded within seven days post event, less any costs for breakages or damages that may occur. Damages exceeding the cost of the bond will be the financial responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly. Excessive cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. DUTY OF CARE & STANDARD OF CONDUCT Burch Family Wines practise Responsible Service of Alcohol. All attendees are to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and in full compliance with Liquor Licencing laws. Burch Family Wines maintain the right to refuse service to any intoxicated patrons and to withdraw service of alcohol from a function where an alcohol related incident has occurred. FUNCTION SET UP Furniture package is based on 80 guests. Please be advised that the cost of venue hire does not cover set-up costs outside of those required to service your guests with food and wine. The supply and set-up of additional decorations including table centrepieces, floral arrangements and place cards are the clients responsibility. Please supply all supplier contact and delivery details to the Wine Chapel Coordinator one month prior to the function. Delivery and pick-up times must be within the guidelines set by the Wine Chapel Coordinator. All suppliers must hold appropriate insurances and licences specific to their industry. FUNCTION HOURS In accordance with the conditions imposed under the Liquor Control Act 1988, the Wine Chapel Liquor Licence requires guests to vacate the premises by 12 midnight. SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS A 15% surcharge will be applied to the total venue hire fee for functions booked on a Sunday, while a 25% surcharge will be applied on public holidays. SMOKING Smoking is allowed within the designated outside smoking area only. Please ensure cigarette butts are disposed of in the ashtrays provided. We ask that you and your guests are mindful of the Wine Chapel s rural setting and the potential fire risk posed by smoking. NOISE LEVELS Noise and music volume is to be maintained to a reasonable event as deemed by management. PARKING There is ample parking located at the front of cellar door.
