Beach Road Wines is the perfect location for your special day offering a variety of package options and the ability to host up to 120 guests. We pride ourselves on delicious wine and food that is made for sharing, our menu is cooked daily in our wood oven with fresh seasonal and regional produce. Our group packages are designed for groups of over 15 guests to ensure your celebration is enjoyable and stress free.

Beach Road Wines has a variety of menu & beverage options to select, perfectly matched to your style. From casual and relaxed to a more formal seated affair. Beach Road Wines Winery & Restaurant provides a relaxing, comfortable and family friendly location for a lazy afternoon or a formal evening event. We offer a variety of menu options, including gluten free and vegan, to suit your celebration. Please inform our team of all dietary requirements when confirming your final numbers. Our food packages are recommended for groups of 10 and above and mandatory for groups of more than 15. 3 Beverage Packages We offer a number of drinks packages to suit your event and budget. GUEST PURCHASE Guests purchase their own drinks on the day BAR ACCOUNT Your pre-selected drinks from wine list or agreed value charged to one bar account on the day. BEVERAGE PACKAGE Select from one of our drinks packages for your event Delicious Beach Road Sangria Bolle Rosse Sparkling Red NV A selection of one red wine and one white wine from our selection. Vale Ale, Light beer and Swell Cider Soft drink, sparkling water $50 per person Luxurious Beach Road Sangria Niccolo Prosecco NV Bolle Rosse Sparkling Red NV A selection of two red wine and two white wine from our selection. Selection of two local Beers and cider Soft drink, sparkling water $60 per person All drink packages last 5 hours. Prices in this package are subject to Terms & Conditions available at the end of this document. Wines listed in the package are subject to current vintage and availability. Any extensions to the packages will incur a $10 per person per hour charge. LOOKING TO ORGANISE A WINE TASTING? We can offer a tasting experience for your guests to sample our range of wines, we have two tasting options available for your group. All tastings are to be prearranged with your final confirmation. $5 per guest tasting flight, we do ask with large groups that we scatter your group tasting through your afternoon. Maximum of 6 guests per tasting. $10 per guest full group tasting, let our cellar door team take your group through at guided tasting.

5 Terms & Conditions 1. Public holidays incur a 10% surcharge. 2. Tentative bookings are valid for 14 days. 3. To secure your booking we do require a deposit of $200, this will be deducted from the final balance days prior to your event, we will call and discuss your event to confirm final numbers and dietary requirements. This is the final number that your booking will be based on for the final invoice. 5. We do not accept split bill payments, and we request that the remainder of the account is paid in a single instalment. 6. Licenced buses will not be accepted, Beach Road Wines is a family friendly establishment. 7. Beach Road Wines reserves the right under the Liquor Licensing Act to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated or disorderly patrons. Underage guests will not be provided service of alcohol. Patrons may also be asked the leave the premises due to a breach of the above mentioned. 8. No food or beverages to be brought onto the premises cake excluded by prior arrangement. 9. Allergies & dietary requirements to be confirmed with booking. 10. Shoes to be worn at all times. 11. Children to be supervised at all times. 12. Smoking & vaping is only permitted in designated smoking area. 13. No glitter, confetti or table scatters permitted. Cleaning charges may apply. 14. Excess cleaning will result in a $200 cleaning bill charged to the event organiser. 15. All outside entertainment and photographers to be notified to Beach Road Wines. 16. Beach Road Wines reserves the rights to postpone events in the event of an announcement of a Catastrophic Fire Day in Mount Lofty Ranges. On Extreme Fire Days all caution will be taken and events may be cancelled due to fires in the region. Beach Road management will be in contact with the client in the lead up to the day. Management will be guided by the recommendation of the CFS. If an event is able to continue in the above-mentioned conditions Beach Road Wines reserves the right to amend the menu to fit in with fire ban restrictions. Beach Road Wines will always put the safety of clients, guests, suppliers and staff first. 17. Beach Road Wines is not liable for events/circumstances beyond our control such as weatherrelated issues, flood, and fire, acts of nature, road closures or technical problems with transport and energy supply which may affect the facilities. 18. Cancellation after confirmation of final numbers will result in forfeit of deposit.
