We only serve sustainably sourced fish Due to significant overfishing, it is expected that commercially substantial fish stocks will reduce dramatically in our lifetime. If this happens, it would be one of the biggest environmental disasters in the history of mankind. In addition, many fishing techniques, such as deep trawling, destroy not only fish populations but also other kinds of marine life. We can save the fish population. We could cut down the fishing of the most desired fish species such as tuna and salmon if we included a larger variety of fish in our diet. 12 GOOD TO KNOW All our dishes are made with low-lactose dairy products. Prices are inclusive of VAT; 14% for food and 24% for drinks and service. DRINKS ON BOARD All our ships are fully licenced (M/S Julia excluded). Our regular selection of drinks includes the most common non-alcoholic drinks, beers, ciders and spirits. To ensure the availability of drinks and glasses, drinks should be pre-ordered. Drinks will be charged as consumed. PREPARATIONS AND DECORATIONS You can arrive on board early to prepare and decorate your event by separate request. We ask you to disembark after the cruise. The booking price includes the staff required for operating the ship and the serving staff (for buffet catering), the use of the presentation equipment, standard-level cleaning, and tables and chairs for the number of persons notified at the time of booking. Menu prices include serving dishes and cutlery as well as tableware and glasses. Table napkins: Tablecloths: Festive place setting: Paper napkins are included in the price of the menu. Tablecloths are included in the price of the menu pp, charged as consumed. Includes white fabric tablecloths for dining tables and serviettes. DISCOUNTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES For servings suitable for special diets and other special requirements, we charge 7.00 / person. All menus are for groups of more than ten persons, and the same menu is served for the entire group. For food orders for groups of less than 25 persons, we add a small delivery charge of to the total sum of the invoice. The charge for a chef and an extra waiter for events with an à la carte menu (including crayfish menus) is 32.00/hour for a waiter or 39.00/hour for a chef (min. 5 hours). The reservation time begins between 1.5 or 2 hours before the event (depending on the nature of the event) and ends one hour after the event. For family events, a 50% discount on food applies to children between 6 and 15 years. Children under 6 eat for free. Please book the menu and drinks to be served on board no later than three weeks before your cruise. We reserve the right to change prices and products.
