Payment in full is required 28 days prior to arrival. Where the booking date falls inside 28 days prior to arrival the non-refundable deposit will be equal to full pre-payment. Cancellation policy. 28 days full refund less non-refundable deposit, days 50% refund less non-refundable deposit, 7-13 days, 25% refund less non-refundable deposit, 0-6 days, cancellation in full, all monies paid will be forfeited.

11 Terms & Conditions How to Book Please contact the hotel to check availability for your chosen dates and to make a provisional reservation. Complete the booking form and return it to the hotel with a non-refundable deposit of per person. Please make cheques payable to Sarac Hotels Limited. For all events, full non-refundable payment of the balance is required at least 14 days prior to the event or by 21st November 2014, whichever is the earlier. Terms and Conditions of Booking All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the event or by 21st November 2014, whichever is the earlier. The hotel will deem all events which do not comply with our terms of payment to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel. Pre-orders for food and wine are required 14 days prior to the event. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending, unless the hotel is able to resell the space. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks, entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party. Multiple cheques will not be accepted. All additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure. All events and timings are subject to approval by the local licensing authorities. All statutory licensing regulations apply. Children may not be admitted to certain events at the discretion of the General Manager, whose decision is final. Please contact the hotel for prices and availability.
