2 We are delighted that you are considering the Bribie Island Golf Club as the destination for your special day. Our Club is situated in the coastal township of Woorim on the eastern side of Bribie Island, which offers a relaxed escape from the busy areas of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The Bribie Island Golf Club has three function areas available to cater for small and large, or inside and outside occasions. Our Clubhouse provides a wonderful setting for your enjoyment. We pride ourselves as being one of the island s most versatile venues being able to cater for your ceremony, photos and reception. We also have the ability to provide an indoor or outdoor ceremony - we are weather proof. We will tailor our package to suit your needs and tastes. 3 Ceremonies What better way to put a seal on your relationship by having an outdoor ceremony. We provide a couple of options, either on our purpose built outdoor deck overlooking the 18 th hole, or on the course under the trees near our practice putting green. Our ceremony package includes an Arber and Red Carpet, thirty-two chairs with chair covers and a dressed signing table with two covered chairs. A celebrant is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost. Ceremony Package - $ After Ceremony After your ceremony, photos are generally taken and the bridal party may use certain areas of our course (by prior arrangement), or you may wish to travel to the near-by beach. This is a time that your guest may be left in limbo not knowing what to do. In the absence of the bridal party, let us entertain your guests in our Clubhouse or on our deck with drinks and canapés (refer canapés packages below). 4 Main Lounge Our main function area, the Main Lounge, has uninterrupted views of our 18 th hole, our Signature Hole, which makes a beautiful backdrop as the sun sets. The room itself is surrounded by large glass windows & doors which capture the vista. Perfect for entertaining, the function area includes a stage and a large parquetry dance floor. The room is capable of seating up to 150 people, with full dance floor, but can also be configured to cater for smaller celebrations without looking too large. The following services & facilities are inclusive with this room: Exclusive booking of the room; All tables set-up as per agreed plan; All table cloths (if dining), where tables are in groups of 6 or more; Bridal Table skirting and table cloths; Cake Table skirting and table cloths; Chair Covers either black or white (sashes are not included); Great views over the 18 th hole; Full catering service with qualified chefs; Full range of beverages including tap beer and barista style coffees; Beverages at Club prices; Professionally trained and friendly staff; Polished parquetry dance floor; Audio system including microphone; Washroom Facilities; Outdoor patio with Designated Outdoor Smoking Area (DOSA); and Cleaning of Function Room after use. 5 Hibiscus Room Our second function area, the Hibiscus Room, is much more intimate and is ideal for small wedding receptions. The room has its own bar and dance floor, and comfortably holds up to 50 seated guests (with dance floor) or 70 seated guests (without dance floor). The following services & facilities are inclusive with this room: Exclusive booking of the room; All tables set-up as per agreed plan; All table cloths (if dining), where tables are in groups of 6 or more; Bridal Table skirting and table cloths; Cake Table skirting and table cloths; Chair Covers either black or white (sashes are not included); Full catering service with qualified chefs; Full beverage service with wide range of beverages (tap beer not available); Professionally trained and friendly staff; Complete room set up to your specifications; Parquetry dance floor; Washroom Facilities (adjacent to room); Outdoor patio; Designated Outdoor Smoking Area (DOSA); and Cleaning of Function Room after use. Hibiscus Room Booking Fee: $ Beverages We stock a wide range of beverages with some feature beers from Carlton United and wines by Sirromet (QLD) and Amadio (SA). Unlike other venues, we do not beverage package as we find this limits your varieties and generally favours the venue, not you. We set up a bar tab for you and your guests and you can advise us what you want included or excluded from that bar tab. Bar tabs are paid in advance and if you do not make your suggested limit, we refund what is left. Another unique service we provide is the ability for you to choose wines or beverages that we do not stock just tell us what you prefer!! As a licensed premise, which includes our course and clubhouse, no beverages are permitted to be brought on to club grounds and must be purchased and supplied by the Club only.

Bar Tab Limit ($) Food Requirements Canapes YES Entrée YES Plated Main YES Buffet YES Dessert YES Wedding Cake NO NO NO NO NO (By client) Booking, Deposit and Final Numbers A tentative booking will be made and held for up to fourteen (14) days from the date the booking was taken (refer above), and we reserve the right to cancel this booking without notice if confirmation has not been received; This form must be signed and returned together with payment of the room hire charge (if applicable) or deposit; A deposit of 50% must be received at least sixty (60) days prior to the event; The balance of 50% is required to be paid at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Final numbers are required at this time, and this will constitute your minimum number of guests. There is no reduction in this minimum number; and Final charging will be based on Final numbers or numbers attending the event whichever is greater. Cancellations and Refunds All cancellations must be made in writing; A full refund of the room hire fee and deposit will be given upon request for cancellations received at least ninety (90) days prior to the event; A 75% refund of the deposit will be given if notice is received between sixty-one (61) and ninety (90) days prior to the event; A 50% refund of the deposit will be given if notice is received between thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) days prior to the event; A 25% refund of the deposit will be given if notice is received between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to the event; Cancellations under fourteen (14) days no refund; and Subject to management approval, the event may be postponed and rescheduled to a new date. In this case, all monies paid and terms and conditions enclosed herein may be reallocated with reference to the new date. Other Terms and Conditions Prices may be subject to change and a price freeze shall occur up to 6 months prior to your function date upon confirmation of menus; A 20% surcharge is applicable to room hire on Sundays and Public Holidays; Any variations to menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment, starting and finishing times, etc. must be confirmed at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event;
