2 Inkwenkwezi as your Venue Stroll downthe red carpet to take your vows in Inkwenkwezi s charming open-air chapel, nestled amonggardens and streams. When the sun sets, the venue s lights flicker on to capturethis beauty deep into thenight. When you have taken your vows and are ready to celebrate, you and your guests will enjoy a banquet of a lifetime made from the freshest, most delightful ingredients and accompanied by a selection of the finest wines. You will dance your way into a new life together as musicand laughter echo into thestarry skies.

3 On your most Memorable Day The red carpet is laid out in our open-air chapel for you to walk down and say "I do. The chapel is situated at Emthombeni (under the old wild fig tree). We offer beautiful garden settings with water features incorporating small ponds and streams. After the service you may wonder into our garden for your photo session. The breathtaking landscape will give you the opportunity to have a range of unique photographs taken to keep as mementos of your special day. During the photo session the guests are invited to have a prearranged Inkwenkwezi welcoming drink, while relaxing with the tranquil sounds of running water, cocktails and canapés.

4 Your Enchanting Entrance On walking into the thatched Emthombeni, you are welcomed and you become one with the enchanting gardens when the big sliding doors are opened. Our beautiful, well-designed venue and equipped bar is operated as per your instructions. Our kitchen will cater accordingly to your requirements and only the finest and freshest ingredients are used. On our buffet, more than generous portions are served. We include in the package options for you to choose your buffet menu. Your unique table décor and artistic displays will ensure that your special occasion is not short of being exclusively to your needs.

6 Our Wedding Themes At Inkwenkwezi our main aim is to give attention to detail, in order for you and your partner to have a memorable day. Prior to your big day we invite you to meet with us to discuss in detail the various options available. We will therefore endeavor to fulfill all your expectations. Fairytale Rustic Classic Vintage The most magical setting - with fairy lights, tiffany chairs and soft flowing fabrics in the venue to feature the elegance and grandeur of a romantic Cinderella fairytale wedding. Inkwenkwezi s venue offers earthy colors and natural elements, wood woven lantern balls hanging from the high thatched roof, earthy stone floors and special teak furniture. Clean lines with a mixture of classic and rustic décor transforms the venue to pure elegance. Add round tables, floor length white table cloths, candelabras, greenery and tiffany chairs to create your own classic style.

7 Chapel Rates o The chapel charge is R o The venue will be set with chairs and white chair back covers at a cost of R10.00 each this is for the hire of both the chair and chair back cover. An additional 10% more chairs are required, as guest do not always occupy all seats next to each other and leave spaces, Families that arrive late then end up having to sit separately o Red carpets down the aisle at R each o Sound system at R

8 Emthombeni Venue Rates o 1 70 guests will be R , hereafter an additionalr per person. For the months of March, April, September, October, November & December we require a minimum of 70 people. For the months of January, February, May, June, July & August we require a minimum of 50 people. o Morning/Lunch Function Should the function continue beyond 18h00 an additional charge of R for the first hour and hereafter an additional charge of R per hour. o Afternoon/Evening Function - Should the function continue beyond 24h00 an additional charge of R for the first hour and hereafter an additional charge of R per hour. o An additional waiter and bar attendant fee will be implemented if you desire a plated menu.

9 Emthombeni Venue Rates Venue special During the months of June and July 2014, there will be no venue hire charge the venue will have heaters available of no charge Parents of the bridal Couple will stay at our accommodation at no charge (4 people in total) Inkwenkwezi has a experienced function co-ordinating team to assist you with additional requirements in planning the perfect wedding. We also assist with placing your decorations, name cards etc on the tables and a wedding planning schedule as well as handling of correspondence via s, meetings and telephonically. The cost hereof is R Outside Co-ordination Past experience with outside co-ordinators has not been successful, for this reason we do not prefer outside co-ordinators to arrange functions in our venues. We recommend using our co-ordinating team, who have the highest standards and will ensure your special day is a dream come true.

18 Accommodation Options Guests are welcome to contact us should they be needing accommodation over your wedding period. We will gladly assist with accommodation arrangements at our various establishments at extra special rates. Bush Camp & Valley Camp Chintsa Sands Umnenga Lodge

19 Bush Camp The Bush Camp offers accommodation for twelve guests in six ensuite safari tents. All tents have electric lights, twin beds with Cloud 9 mattresses, slatted headboards, bedside tables and bedside lamps, bedside mats, telephones, chest of drawers. The en-suite bathrooms feature a shower, (hot and cold water) which is crafted to resemble a cave and blends with the natural rock and bush of this area. From its hilltop site the camp overlooks a valley & each safari tent is positioned on a raised timber deck offering you your own private game viewing. On the elevated timber deck guest are able to relax on two easy chairs with a coffee table.

20 Valley Camp The Valley Camp offers twelve guests accommodation in six custom designed luxury tents with the emphasis on spaciousness and quality. The tents are positioned on individual timber decks and situated in a valley nestling amongst indigenous trees. The bathrooms are fitted with both a slipper bath and a four sided glass shower (hot and cold water) a vanity slab(drawers underneath) with a hand basin as well as a hanging area for clothing. Tents are furnished with twin three quarter beds (one tent has a queen size bed) all with cloud 9 mattresses and Percale linen. Headboards are trimmed with brass and have bedside tables and lamps as well as a matching dresser, 2 leather easy chairs and a butlers tray.

21 Umnenga Lodge Umnenga Lodge is situated 6 km from Inkwenkwezi Private Game Reserve, outside the game reserve, at Glen Eden and 1 km from our prestine beaches. All roads to the establishment are tarred. Umnenga Lodge is ideal for accommodating groups. The room configuration is as follows: 4 Double Rooms 15 Twin Rooms Meals can be enjoyed from one of the many restaurants in the area.

22 Chintsa Sands Situated 4 km from Inkwenkwezi Private Game Reserve, outside the game reserve, at Chintsa West, a stone throw away from the beach. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom and facilities include tv and Coffee/Tea making facilities. Chintsa Bay Restaurant is situated just above the guest house from where guests can enjoy meals.

23 Booking Procedure A tentative booking can be made which will then be held for 7 days. As confirmation of the booking we require a R deposit, which can be paid over 3 installments of R per month within 3 months after confirmation of booking.
