3 CATERING INFORMATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All Food and Beverage served in the hotel is to be provided by the Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown 2. Guarantee: Minimum guarantee is due by 12:00 noon three working days prior to your event. If the guaranteed number has not been received, the billing will be made out for the number of persons for which the function was originally booked, or the number in attendance, whichever is greater (Initial) 3. All Food and Beverage is subject to all applicable taxes and gratuity. 4. Method of Payment: All new accounts must apply for credit to establish billing privileges prior to the event; otherwise an alternate form of payment is required. 5. Deposit and Cancellation: All social or private functions are required to pay a deposit at time of confirmation, with a full estimated payment due one month prior to function date. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless the space is re-sold 6. Audio/Visual Equipment: Please refer to our Audio/Visual price list for details of equipment available. 7. If displays, exhibits or products are to be used, arrangements for their arrival, unloading and departure must be made with the Catering Office. Such displays, exhibits or products are the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown accepts no liability whatsoever for the loss or damage whether caused by the negligence of the Hotel, its employees and agents or otherwise. Such displays, exhibits, or products must be removed from the function room at the end of each day, unless the room is reserved on a 24 hour basis. In such cases, the Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown, at the customers request, will arrange to have the function room locked. The Hotel will not be responsible for exhibits, displays and products locked in the function room. Deliveries will only be accepted a maximum of three days prior to the event. 8. Special Security: Arrangements are available upon request at an additional cost. 9. Any items left in a public space are left at the owners risk. 10. Damages: Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged accordingly. The convener of any functions are held responsible for any damage to the premises by their guests or independent contractors on their behalf. The Hotel will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any personal property and equipment left in the Hotel prior to, during, or following any function. 11. The Hotel reserves the right to provide an alternate function room best suited for the group should the number or guests attending the function differ from the original number quoted. 12. All menu prices and room rental charges are subject to change without notice. 13. Functions held on statutory holidays are subject to labour surcharge. 14. A SOCAN Fee will be charged to groups which will have a DJ or Live Music (see brochure in package for more information).
