Our restaurant manager will happily assist you making your selection. From our experience we estimate beverages including, beer bottled wine & nonalcoholic drinks over a five hour period will cost between $39 & $49 per person.

9 Important Information Guest Capacity Up to 150, with the availability of our patio for larger numbers ( ) Please note should you require our retail shop area to be totally cleared For additional floor space for your function, a charge of $950 will apply Beverages The Basin cafe is fully licensed and does not accept byo. We are able to provide an extensive range of bottles Tasmanian and Interstate wines and beers. Our restaurant manager will happily assist you making your selection. Additional Menus are available, Such as Afternoon tea, morning tea, breakfast, set café lunch and gourmet bbq. Booking Confirmation and Deposit For weddings and functions, a deposit of $800 is required to confirm the date booked. A deposit needs to be paid with seven (7) days of making the booking to secure the date. The Basin Cafe reserves the right to cancel without notice, any tentative booking where a deposit has not been received within seven (7) days. Cancellations If a reservation is cancelled inside of 90 days from the confirmed booking date, a deposit will not be refunded. Damage or Loss of Goods The Basin Cafe does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any goods left on the premises before, during or after a function. The client is financially responsible for any damage sustained to property before, during or after a function by the client s guests or by outside contractors or sub-contractors controlled by the client. Nails, pins, adhesives etc. that are likely to peel paint, or damage any surface in anyway are not to be used.

10 Important Information Entertainment We have available an IPod and stereo system with quality Speakers inside the café. Final Numbers We require confirmation of final numbers no later than seven (7) days prior to the date of the function. Pricing and Payment We require payment in full for all services provided at the conclusion of the event. We accept cash, cheques, Mastercard and Visa. Diners card and Amex by prior arrangement. A 10% surcharge applies to Sundays and public holidays. A 3% surcharge applies to Diners Club and Amex cards. Room Hire There is no charge for room hire when there are 55 or more guests. Room hire for less than 55 Guests is as follows guests $ guests -$ guests $ guests-$1100.
