2 Service Style Sharing Platters with Table Service Guests are presented with our delicious dishes to graze upon at the their table. We have created a Sharing Style meal which is guaranteed to get guests chatting whilst they enjoy their meal. Our dishes are served on Rustic Chopping boards and in Falcon Enamel dishes which completes the relaxed feel of the meal. (We provide all serving dishes, boards & utensils). We would require waiting staff to make this option work and we have our preferred supplier who is just fantastic. We work closely with a company called Events by Helen on a regular basis because they add that little extra air of elegance to the day. From dressing your tables, to serving welcome drinks Helen and her team will provide a seamless fount of house experience. Our two companies work as one to ensure a professional and stress-free service for your event. Helen s prices are not included in this quote and all payments for waiting staff etc will be paid directly to her. If you would like me to put you in touch please feel free to give me a list of the things you would like Helen to take care of. I will then get her best price for you and advice of how things could work on the day. The Buffet Experience Our serving tables can either be outside next to the oven and team at work or if weather is poor indoors. Pizzas are served on rustic oak chopping boards which tie in with our Country Shabby Chic feel. We display your meal choices on mini blackboards also to add a personal touch to proceedings.

The Sinner San Marzano tomato base, Mozzarella, Pepperoni Slices, Chorizo, Ham, Roquito Chillies and IF you dare our Homemade hot sauce. The Veggie San Marzano tomato base, Mozzarella, Mixed bell pepper, Mushrooms, Sliced Black olives, Goats Cheese, Caramelised Onion.

5 Salads 2.5 per serving Mean and Green Spring Salad Fresh Spinach Leaves, Seasonal Beans, Red Onion with a hint of red chilli topped with toasted sesame seeds. Dressed with a drizzle of our homemade dressing. (lime juice, cold pressed rapeseed oil and seasoning to taste.) Not a Waldorf Salad(Nut Free) A twist on the classic Waldorf Salad most importantly nut free. Fresh red cabbage, granny smith Apples slices, Celery, Sweet Raisins and fresh dill. Dressed with our creamy home made garlic Mayonnaise. Valencia Orange, Date and Golden Linseed Salad. Ripened Valencia Orange pieces, Dates and with Lambs lettuce leaves topped with Golden Linseed. Dressed with a zesty fresh and home made dressing. Heirloom Baby Tomato, Roasted Limes, Pearl Barley and Pomegranate Seed Salad. An ottolenghi Inspired salad with our own twist. Sliced sweet baby Heirloom tomatoes, wood fired oven roasted lime slices, fresh mint, sage and watercress leaves with Pearl Barley. Topped with pomegranate seeds and a home made pomegranate dressing. Beetroot, Ripened Avocado, Pea And Spinach Salad. Sliced Beetroot, Sliced Red onion, Ripened Avocado, Blanched Peas with fresh spinach leaves. Dressed with a home made beetroot dressing. Desserts 4 Wood Fired Desserts Oven-Roasted Apple Slices, topped with crushed ginger biscuits and double cream. Oven-Roasted Plums, topped with crushed amaretti biscuits and double cream.

7 Evening Menu Pulled Pork Rolls 8 Hour (Low & Slow) Wood Fired BBQ Pulled Pork with Homemade Coleslaw. served in artisan bread rolls from our local baker. Creamy Homemade Mac N Cheese Based on the recipe my Grandmother(Irene) made for us as children with a modern twist Grilled Halloumi Wraps Mediterranean Style Grilled Halloumi or Chicken wraps. Wood fired roasted peppers, courgettes, olives and fresh coriander and our homemade spicy Tzatziki sauce to dress. Exotic Moroccan Inspired Couscous salad with Chickpeas, Sweet Raisins and colourful vegetables dressed with our spiced olive oil and lemon dressing. Wood Fired Bacon Doorstops Thick slices of premium bacon, sandwiched between doorstop slices of freshly baked bread from our local baker with the sauce of your choice. Choose from Smoked or Unsmoked Bacon, White/Brown/Granary bread.
