Set in the heart of the CBD above Alpha Restaurant, Beta Bar and Gallery Sydney is one of the city s best kept secrets, pairing modern Greek dishes by renowned chef Peter Conistis with a wine list to suit. The expansive Gallery is an ideal space for events, including conferences, launches and corporate functions, and private celebrations. The original brickwork and bones of the Gallery provide a wonderfully stylish backdrop against which guests can transform the space to their personal taste. When hiring Beta Bar and Gallery Sydney we offer exclusive and non exclusive use. A food and beverage minimum spend will apply to all events held in the space, with any shortfall being added as room hire. 3 Set-Up Capacities Reception Style (exclusive use) Beta Bar & Gallery is licensed for up to 200 guests.* Reception Style (non-exclusive use) Beta gallery is licensed for up to 180 guests. Cabaret Style Beta Gallery can accomodate up to 112 guests (8 guests per table) cabaret style* Banquet Style Beta Gallery can accomodate 170 guests (without a dance floor). Should you wish to include a dance floor, the maximum comfortable capacity is 150 guests.* Existing Beta Bar Set Up / Cocktail Reception (exclusive use) Beta Bar (the main bar) can accomodate 60 guests in its existing set up. Existing Beta Bar Set Up / Cocktail Reception (exclusive use) Beta bar and Beta Bar ll (combined spaces) can accomodate 90 guests in its existing set up. Existing Beta Bar Set Up / Cocktail Reception (non-exclusive use) Beta Bar ll is a private curtained off area of beta Gallery which is adjacent to the main Beta Bar and accomodate up to 50 guests. Theatre Style Beta Gallery can accomodate up to 170 guests in a theatre style set up. This capacity may vary slightly with staging requirements.* Exclusive Use Meaning the venue is closed to all other patrons and the public. Non-Exclusive Use Meaning Beta Bar will be open and operational to the general public in conjunction with an event in the Beta Gallery. Food and Beverage Minimum Spend A food and beverage minimum spend will apply to the use of Beta Bar & Beta Gallery with any events. Any shortfall to this amount will be added as Room Hire.
