10 MR. M S DEETS Booking: Initial enquiries will be held tentatively for 14 days, within this time a site visit must be booked with the event manager. 1 month prior to your event, we require a $500 deposit, along with a signed copy of Mr. M s terms and conditions. This $500 is deducted from your final bill on the evening. All food and beverage menu choices must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to Mr. Miyagi hosting your special event. Dietary requirements MUST be finalised by this time. Mr. M needs this time to make sure he has the right types/amounts of food for your guests. All private dining events must conclude at their scheduled time. After this time, guests are welcome to continue their fun in Yukie s Snack Bar downstairs. Mr. M s Level 1 private dining room has a minumum spend of $1500 for all sit down events. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within one month of the booking, the deposit will be non-refundable. Any change of date requests will be happily fulfilled depending on availability, as long as one month notice is given. Mr. M can assist with dietary changes to menus where possible. These must be communicated to Mr. Miyagi staff at least 2 weeks prior to your event. All guests with allergies must make themselves known to staff at the beginning of the event. If a guest is unsure if they can safely consume a dish, please ask a staff member on the night. It s better to be safe than sorry! For any changes to the number of guests, notification must be given 48 hours in advance; after that, you will be charged for the number of people you have initially booked for. Guests will not be allowed to take drinks outside the private dining room. External Suppliers: Mr. M does not allow any external food products to be brought into the venue. If you are wanting to use decorations such as flowers or audio visual screens, you must consult with your event manager prior to making any bookings. All external companies will be approved at the discretion of the events manager. Damages: If a party causes any damage to the room or property of Mr. M, the client will be held accountable and will be responsible for paying the cost of repairs or replacement.
