1 Highlights: Highlights concerning Leaf vegetables 04/Jul/2018 There is a European shortage of iceberg lettuces, with Poland being the only country shortage in Europe Iceberg lettuce with good production at the moment.the shortage is causing the market price of the lettuces to rise, which may lead to an increased risk of fraud. Highlights concerning Poultry meat and poultry products 04/Jul/2018 A human finger was discovered in a pack of Human finger found poultry products purchased from a supermarket in Belarus. The Ministry of Internal in poultry products Affairs have said that the finger was likely the result of an accident at the production facility (which hasn't been named), but the incident has led to consumer concern over quality control in the domestic meat market. Highlights concerning Processed foods 06/Jul/2018 Following the HorizonScan highlight of 15th UPDATE: Listeria of March 2018 concerning a Europe wide Listeria outbreak linked to frozen corn, the outbreak linked to frozen corn outbreak continues to grow. Further lots of frozen corn have been recalled in various countries along with other frozen vegetable products. The Hungarian producer of the

The product has linked to pesto been distributed to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Lithuania, the United and in Italy itself.
