5 The Land grant on the historic Rowland Flat property was proclaimed by the Governor in 1847 and heralded the commencement of a journey to fine wine craftsmanship that continues to this day Wines encompasses 80 hectares (200 acres) of estate vineyards that are the source of the majority of the vintner s premium wine portfolio.
