2 Formal Artichoke Bowtie Pasta Chicken with over Sausage Angel and Hair a Pasta Green Salad with with Home Sliced Made Tomatoes Vinaigrette (for (for 2) 4) 1 2 Begin by pealing the shallot and then cutting it in half. Julienne half of the shallot, save the other half for another meal. Using kitchen scissors, cut 3 4 one slice of bacon into small pieces and then add the bacon and the shallot to a frying pan with a lid. Sauté on medium high heat until bacon is fully cooked. Mix all ingredients. 5 6 Crack and egg white into a bowl big enough for a chicken breast to lay flat and beat the egg. Add 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs to similarly sized bowl. After drying off each chicken breast, generously sprinkle chicken with 1/2 tsp garlic salt and then dip in egg and then dip in Italian bread crumbs and lastly add to hot frying pan used for the bacon and scallion. On medium high heat, brown both sides of chicken, not fully cooking the chicken. This should take about 5-7 minutes for both sides. Next add the artichoke mixture from the mixing bowl, letting the artichoke mixture set on top and around the chicken breasts. Reduce the heat to medium and cover with a lid, simmer for 15 minutes. 7 Boil a pot of water sufficient in size for 4 ounces of angel hair pasta. Add 1/2 tsp of salt to water. Once boiling, add angel hair pasta and boil for 7 minutes (timing and stirring as you go along), checking for Al Dente. Once done, drain noodles and add to serving bowl, adding 1 tsp olive oil and tossing noodles to evenly coat, this will prevent the noodles from clumping together. 8 Slice the beef steak tomatoes and sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper per your preference and add to serving plate. Check chicken, ensure it is fully cooked (160 degree internal temperature or the juices running clear). Once fully cooked, serve chicken with sauce over the angel hair pasta with sliced tomatoes as a simple yet delicious side. Enjoy your Delicious Family Dinner!
