Our Catering and Convention Services team will be pleased to assist you; we will gladly help you develop menus to meet your expectations and requirements. 3 POLICY AND CONDITIONS 3 Prices valid until December 31 st, FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY Fairmont Le Château Montebello is the exclusive supplier of all food and beverages. As stipulated by Quebec liquor laws, no liquor service will be permitted after 3 a.m. Fairmont Le Château Montebello reserves the right to inspect and regulate all private events held in its banquet rooms. 72 hours prior to your event, please advise the Catering and Convention Services Department of the exact number of guests attending each event. This number will constitute your final guarantee from which charges will be made accordingly. A cancellation fee will be levied if an event is cancelled within 72 hours prior to the event. Fairmont Le Château Montebello will prepare meals for 5% over the guarantee, up to a maximum of 20 meals. SERVICE CHARGE, LABOUR CHARGE & TAXES All food and beverage functions are subject to a mandatory 15% service charge, of which 11.5% is a gratuity that is distributed to the Hotel s servers and, as appropriate, other staff, and the remaining 3.5% is retained (and not distributed as a tip or gratuity to the Hotel s employees) by the Hotel. The service charge is subject to taxes. If you or your attendees wish to provide an additional tip to the Hotel s staff, please feel free to do so. The mandatory service charge will be posted to your master account. A server charge of $100 plus taxes is applicable for all meals not served in our dining room for groups of less than 20 people. Additional labour and transportation charges apply for functions off-property. Applicable taxes in Quebec are: 5% Goods & Services Tax (G.S.T.) 9.975% Provincial Sales Tax (P.S.T.)

Be it either a Cash bar or an Open bar, the bartender is free of charge if the beverage sales are of $400 net or more.
