1 Liz & Ginny's Sample Meal List PLUS: A "Make Your Own" Master Meal List Template A few things to keep in mind This is just a sample of the meals on our list. The is simply that --- a suggestion. It's when we most likely might crave this meal or when a certain food is in season. The is a little note to ourselves as to where we keep the recipe in our own recipe box or binder, or from a cookbook or website. If the recipe source box is blank, that means we've made it so many times we don't need the recipe. We combine ideas for breakfasts, snacks, and mini-meals together in one list because we use many of these foods interchangeably. We don't plan out every single breakfast or snack we eat, but we do look at this list before grocery shopping to ensure we have ingredients on hand to have delicious, satisfying "real food" options available for breakfast and between meals. 1
