We have been igniting tastebuds at this spectacular event since 2014 and it has been an absolute privilege. This year we are excited to lead this iconic event into a new era of hospitality, with plans to create something truly unique to you and the guest experience. We are particularly thrilled to welcome the Formula One Paddock Club to the Atlantic Group family and look forward to working with the iconic brands that will occupy this prime position in Over four spectacular days, Atlantic Group will produce a culinary experience not to be missed. Every menu has been designed to enhance your day. From sourcing the finest local Victorian produce to infusing interactive food and beverage experiences; we are dedicated to providing precision and perfection. 3 MENU OVERVIEW Our philosophy is all about innovation, individuality and fierce flavour. A delicious collaboration between black sheep visionaries and the culinary creative, we promise to deliver the most memorable and tantalising menus to ensure your raceday experience goes the distance. In conjunction with our menus, we have an expansive range of upgrades available. Guests will be treated to a sensory overload as talented chefs bring your food experience to life. All service times will be pending final race schedule released by the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. DIETARY RE- QUIREMENTS Atlantic Group prides itself on delivering excellent experiences for all guests including those with cultural, religious, medical and dietary requirements. Whether the request is for organic, low GI, kosher, halal, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, gluten or fructose friendly we will always create something delicious. When assessing the cultural requirements of a guest, the utmost care is taken to respect and adhere to certain cookery/butchery methods.
