Café de Ceuvel is a sustainable restaurant whose aim it is to close as many material and energy loops as possible. Café De Ceuvel aims to be a platform for truly good food; food that is not just delicious, healthy and affordable, but also good for the planet. We are always working on getting this balance right TERMS & CONDITIONS We kindly ask you to confirm group orders one week in advance. We also need to know the final number of guests one week in advance. If orders are cancelled, we are obliged to charge cancellation costs due to preparation and purchasing costs If an order is cancelled or the number of guests is reduced between 48 and 24 hours before the booking, we will charge 50%. If an order is cancelled or the number of guests is reduced after 24 hours before the booking, we will charge 100%.

6 dinner Café de Ceuvel is a sustainable restaurant. We work together with local urban gardens and use herbs from our own greenhouse! We create a new menu every three months because we cook with seasonal produce. The herbs come from our own greenhouse which uses a self-regulating aquaponics system. ONE COURSE 13,50 P.P. Why would we work with big businesses who drive pollution-emitting trucks filled with glass, water and sugar, when there s someone in Amsterdam who makes amazing concentrated syrup? Saru Soda brews the most wonderful syrups with organic and natural ingredients. We have sparkling water on tap so we can dilute the syrups into the most delicious drinks!
