They do, however, usually require kitchen facilities and, if there are none available, the hire of additional equipment can be arranged if there is a suitable area available to set up a make-shift kitchen. We would always visit a location to discuss facilities prior to accepting a booking. These hot fork buffet menus are designed to be served from Chaffing Dishes on a Buffet Table.
