Background: A few years ago, we began to wrap 10 boneless chicken breasts in Keeps Fresh Packaging (KFP that s the airtight vacuum-sealed packaging). Some people loved it (let them use only what they needed without repackaging); others hated it (they found it messy, hard to open). We listened to understand both sentiments. Where we landed is to offer Family Pack Boneless Chicken Breasts in two different package types: 1. An 8-11 piece tray pack at $/lb. for the best value. 2. We are using Keeps Fresh packaging for much more closely trimmed (by hand) chicken breasts 99% trim, ready to go directly from package to pan; 8 in a package for $ lb. This product was carried earlier as chicken cutlets, but only in a small pack at $4.99 lb. This transition began very recently, and we appreciate your patience as the change plays out. You get to choose: If you like being able to cut off only the individually sealed portions you need, choose KFP. No need to trim or even handle individual portions. Opening all at once? Don t mind trimming a little? Choose conventional tray pack. We want you to know that we do listen to our customers, and we do react to what we hear.
