2 PART 1: RESERVATIONS There are tw ways t make reservatins at Aman Rimba: Call ur Reservatins Manager Nashareen Ibrahim at , during ffice hurs, Mndays-Fridays. Or nashareen@amanrimba.cm; we will respnd t yu within 24 hurs. We regret that nline reservatins are nt available; as a private estate Aman Rimba makes every effrt t custmise yur stay t meet yur every need, and direct reservatins help us ensure we have all the infrmatin needed t meet yur guests requirements. Once a reservatin has been cnfirmed, yu will receive a cnfirmatin frm ur manager, with details f yur stay. Check in is at 10 am and check ut at 3 pm. Payment terms A depsit f 50% f the ttal quted sum is payable upn bking. The next 25% is due 21 days befre the check-in date. (Nte: If bking is made less than 21 days befre the check-in date, then a 75% depsit is required t secure cnfirmatin). The final 25% is due 7 days befre the check-in date. (Nte: If bking is made less than 7 days befre then check-in date, then full payment is required t secure cnfirmatin). N changes are allwed ne week befre yur check-in. 4 PART 2: RATES Aman Rimba is available fr rental when its wners are away. Things t remember when making a bking: The villas are nt rented ut individually. The rental arrangement cvers all 6 villas within the prperty, rented ut t ne party/grup at any ne time. We have a minimum f 2 nights stay applicable fr weekends (Fri Sun) and certain public hlidays. Our rates differ between weekdays, weekends and public hlidays. T secure yur bking, yu need t make a 50% payment. Hardcurt games: The hardcurt can be used fr a rusing game f badmintn, vlleyball r basketball, with all the necessary equipment readily available. Cycling: We have recreatinal bicycles available fr thse wh want t explre the Aman Rimba grunds r the cycling paths alng the riverbank. Hwever, please be infrmed that cycling n public rads is entirely at the guests wn risk. Fishing: The Aman Rimba lake is very well stcked with a variety f fish, and we have fishing gear and bait readily available. Phtgraphy: Phtgraphers have been knwn t spend endless hurs capturing the beauty in and arund Aman Rimba, including ur lush gardens, ur gentle swans, as well as the multiple species f birds in and arund Aman Rimba. Bird-watching and tree-sptting: Many f ur guests enjy bserving nature at its best. Bird feeding: Guests are welcme t feed ur swans, ducks and birds please see ur Manager t get the right fd supply. 16 PART 7: DRIVING DIRECTIONS Driving t Aman Rimba is relatively easy, and shuld take yu just abut 50 minutes frm the KL city centre, depending n traffic cnditins. GPS crdinates: Waze/Fursquare: 3 19'41.47"n, '46.12"e Aman Rimba Private Estate Directins Head nrth ut f Kuala Lumpur, and get nt the KL-Karak Highway. At abut the 33km mark, yu will pass thrugh a tunnel called Genting Sempah. Turn left immediately after the tunnel, via the verhead bridge, t enter the Genting Sempah Rest & Recreatin (R&R) area. Drive past the fd centre, exit the R&R area, turn left and fllw the signs fr Janda Baik. Fllw the winding rad until yu reach a junctin (4.2 km frm the Genting Sempah R&R exit). Take a right, g up the steep slpe and drive thrugh the welcme arch. D nt miss this turn, unless yu re planning t head t Bentng twn via the ld rad! Drive further n fr abut 2 km; yu will pass the Elektriksla factry n yur right. Cntinue briefly dwnhill and take the first left. Aman Rimba is called a private estate because it is just that it is ne prperty husing six separate villas, available fr bking as ne destinatin. Like a htel, it prvides accmmdatin, F&B, amenities, facilities and a variety f activities. But it is made cmpletely private t its guests; when guests are in residence, utsiders are nt allwed t enter the premises, creating a private and exclusive space fr Aman Rimba guests t enjy the facilities t the fullest. Yu ll never have t wrry abut meeting strangers at Aman Rimba! 2. D guests have the ptin f bking just ne r tw rms? N, Aman Rimba is nly available fr bking as a cmplete estate. It can accmmdate 20 guests cmfrtably, and up t 35 with rllaway beds, but yu can chse t have fewer guests in yur grup shuld yu desire. 3. What is Aman Rimba mst suitable fr? One f the beauties f Aman Rimba is that it is the perfect canvas fr a variety f events. Families chse t cme here fr family gathering r quiet getaways. Crprates use it regularly fr senir management meetings, brainstrm sessins, budget and planning meetings. We have hsted several beautiful weddings and wedding phtgraphy sessins. Car, beauty and ther lifestyle brands have used it fr prduct launches, media briefings, fashin shts fr magazines r private events fr their mst valued custmers. 4. 18 5. Are there mre ptins fr fd items? We d cater t different tastes, and can make special arrangements if needed. Our team f village chefs is very happy t accmmdate special requests fr kampung favurites, prvided the ingredients are available. We d hwever advise ur clients f tw things: The kampung fare that we serve is an experience unt itself, and nt easily fund in restaurants in the city. S it is certainly wrth a try. Any special catering has t be surced frm KL, which can add cnsiderably t the cst f the stay, as everything has t be transprted in frm KL. We have limited kitchen facilities in Aman Rimba. 6. I am landing in Kuala Lumpur, and dn t have transprt t get t Aman Rimba. Can yu send a car fr me? Aman Rimba des nt have its wn fleet f vehicles. If yu are landing at any f the three airprts in the Klang Valley (KLIA, KLIA2 r Subang Skypark), r at the main transprt terminal f KL Sentral, there are cupn-based taxis that can take yu t Aman Rimba. Prir bking is nt necessary, thugh yu can d it nline. Private car hires are available frm many different prviders (all available nline), and self driving instructins are available n the website. 7. I have a grup f peple staying at Aman Rimba, but wuld like t invite mre friends / family members t jin us fr day time activities. D yu allw day guests t cme in as part f a grup? Yes, we d accept day guests at Aman Rimba. Each guest is charged RM35/day fr the use f ur facilities. Meals are charged separately, depending n the menu chsen. Arrangements fr day guests and their meals must be made in advance; please cntact ur Manager t discuss yur requirements. 8. Our main car park, cntained within the Aman Rimba cmpund, can accmmdate abut 15 cars. Our gates are kept clsed at all times, and nly pened when guests arrive r leave the premises. We als have a car park facility adjacent t Aman Rimba, which can be pened up t accmmdate anther 30 cars. During larger events, ur guests are als allwed t park alng the rad leading t Aman Rimba. 12. Can I bring my pet(s) t Aman Rimba? Pets are nt allwed at Aman Rimba. We have ducks, birds and swans within ur grunds, and need t ensure their safety at all times. 19
