Tentative Bking Tentative bkings are held fr a perid f tw weeks and will autmatically be cancelled unless arrangements have been made t extend the tentative bking perid. Cnfirmatin f Bking Private Rm Bking: A depsit f $ is required within a tw-week perid fllwing the agreed cntract t secure the area requested. Nn-Private Grup Bking: A depsit f $10.00 per persn is required fr all grup bkings ver 10 peple 48 hurs prir t the bking. All depsits paid will be deducted ff the final accunt. Upn cnfirmatin f the grup bking, a receipt will be issued nting the bking, fd and beverage requirements, date, time and payments received fr the functin. Final Cnfirmatin f Arrangements/Payments Private Rm Bking: Final numbers fr all private bkings are t be cnfirmed a minimum f 14 days prir t the bking whereupn 100% f the fd accunt and 50% f the estimated beverage accunt will be payable in advance by cash, direct depsit r credit card. The guaranteed number f guests at this pint will becme the minimum charged meals. The balance f the fd and beverage accunt will be payable at the cnclusin f the event as ONE bill. Nn-Private Grup Bking: Final numbers fr all nn-private bkings are t be cnfirmed 48 hurs prir t the day f the bking. The guaranteed number f guests at this time will becme the minimum charged meals. Cancellatin f Bking Private Rm Bking: Depsits will be refunded t a maximum f 50% with a minimum f 14 days ntice t cancel. Within 14 days f the event, Latitude 32 reserves the right t charge 50% f the estimated value f the functin. In the event f a cancellatin f an exclusive rm bking within 48hurs f the event, Latitude 32 reserves the right t charge 100% f the estimated fd accunt and 50% f the estimated beverage accunt. Nn-Private Grup Bking: Depsits will be refunded t a maximum f 50% with a minimum f 48 hurs ntice t cancel. Within 48 hurs, Latitude 32 reserves the right t withhld 100% f the depsit paid fr estimated value f lss. Duty f Care Under the liqur licensing laws f Western Australia, we have the duty t care fr all ur staff and guests and reserve the right f the restaurant manager t refuse service f alchl t persns deemed intxicated and wh may d harm t themselves, ther patrns r prperty. ALL PRICES SHOWN THROUGHOUT THIS FUNCTION PACKAGE ARE INCLUSIVE OF GST AND ARE BASED ON CURRENT AND FORESEEABLE COSTS, BUT MAY BE SUBJECT TO INCREASE AT THE DIRECTION OF MANAGEMENT.
