The venue space f Laurent basts a picturesque view while enjying the festivities, seating up t 250 guests (including a small dance flr). We will be at yur beck and call and allw yu t have a custm, stress-free experience with us n bard. We highly recmmend that ur clients d make use f a crdinatin service. It is nt a prerequisite t make use f ur in-huse crdinatin service, as yu are mre than welcme t make use f a service f yur chsing. Please nte that shuld yu nt make use f ur crdinatin service, we d require that an individual take charge f yur functin/event and act as a single pint f cntact n the day. Shuld yu cnfirm yur functin/event at Laurent, Lurensfrd Wine Estate, yu are entiteld t an hur lng free cnsultatin with ur crdinatin team. During this cnsultatin they will advise yu n different service prfessinals and brainstrm fr yur ccasin. Herewith, a brief verview f the crdinatin service we ffer: Full Crdinatin This is a very persnal service that caters t each individual clients spesificatins and requirements. Our crdinatin package is charged at R20, excluding VAT and will ensure that all the 3rd parties are managed effectively and lgistics f the event are taken care f. Our crdinatin service includes the verseeing f the fllwing: Liaising with all the parties cncerned, i.e. suppliers and service prviders. Create Final Prgramme. Overseeing full Venue set-up and break-dwn. On-the-day crdinatin. Cnsultatin and assistance with: flwers and décr entertainment and music prfessinal staff and bar specialists phtgraphers and/r vide cverage arma- and beauty therapists transprt renwned n-site chefs and caterers Referrals t high prfile, prfessinal, yet reasnably priced service prviders. Menu cmpilatin and the selectin f suitable wines. If required, a feedback meeting after yur functin in rder t wrap up the event. On yur functin day a Manager will be present t versee and crdinate the executin f all arrangements t ensure that the event is an enjyable experience fr yu and yur guests. 6 General Infrmatin Catering Stir fd ( have the exclusive catering rights fr yur functin at Laurent. In the event f any special dietary requirements due t religius beliefs, the Executive Chef will gladly suggest an alternative catering cmpany. Ksher & Halaal catering will be utsurced t a preferred supplier and there will be an additinal hiring fee f R5, excl. VAT fr use f the kitchen facilities. Bar Service & Staffing Bar service and waitrns will be managed by Shake & Serve ( which have the exclusive bar and staffing rights fr yur functin at Laurent. They ffer a cmprehensive service, which is sure t meet all yur staffing, waitrn and beverage expectatins. This service will nt be utsurced t the client, caterer r any ther party invlved. Laurent is fully licensed. We highly recmmend the use f prfessinal waiters. Varius bar ptins are available and is t be cnfirmed prir t the functin/event. Lurensfrd Wine It is a prerequisite t serve Lurensfrd Wine Estate wines at yur functin/event. Lurensfrd ffers three award winning ranges: The River Garden-, Estate- and Winemaker s Selectin ranges (cmprehensive list is available n request). This wide variety is certain t suit any pallet and budget. Please nte that shuld yu want t make use f any ther sparkling wine, Méthde Cap Classique (MCC) r French champagne ther than Lurensfrd s MCC, a crkage fee f R40.00 per bttle will be applicable regardless. This is als applicable t Ksher sparkling wine, (MCC) r champagne. Wine rders need t be placed with the Shake & Serve Manager and paid in full tw weeks prir the functin/event. The Client shall nt be allwed t bring their wn drinks (albeit wine, liqur, spirits and/r sft drinks) t the Venue. The exceptin wuld be fr religius- r dietary requirements. Site inspectins & viewings Please nte that site inspectins and viewings are strictly by appintment nly. Our ffice hurs are Mnday t Friday frm 09:00 t 16:30 and n Saturdays frm 09:00 t 12:00 as nt t disrupt any functins/events that might take place n the specific day. Shuld yu want Stir fd and/r Shake & Serve t als attend, please advise s accrdingly. Please nte fd & wine tastings and flwer & décr mck-ups can be dne n-site subject t availability f the venue and scheduled accrdingly in writing with Laurent Management. After hurs Shuld yu wish t extend the duratin f yur evening functin/event t 01:00, an additinal fee f R1, excluding VAT will be charged t yur accunt. Please nte: this charge will be applicable t all functin/event guests and service prviders up until they have left the Estate.

7 Sund Music & Entertainment Laurent prvides a full tw tier, state f the art, imprted sund system at n extra expense. This must be utilised by all functins and is mandatry; withut exceptin. Please nte the belw: Outside sund is nt included. Bands require their wn mnitrs. Micrphne included. DJ nly requires wires/ cables frm his/ her mixer. Regarding sund restrictins; Lurensfrd Wine Estate reserves the right t regulate the vlume f all music during the curse f the functin/event. All utside amplified music shall be stpped prmptly at 20:00, with the sliding glass drs being clsed at 22:00. Only backgrund music will be allwed n the Estate after 00:00 up until 01:00 inside the venue. This will strictly be enfrced. N speakers are allwed utside n the veranda during the evening except fr during pre-drinks. Venue Setup If arranged and cnfirmed by Laurent, setup fr a functin/event may cmmence n the day prir f a functin/event shuld a functin/event nt take place. All arrangements must be cnfirmed in writing with Laurent Management in advance. Laurent will gladly assist with the basic layut and setup f tables and chairs frm a functin/event layut (shuld Laurent s stck be used), prviding that such a plan is sent t Management at least tw days prir t the event. Additinal setup staff will be made available n request and charged accrdingly. Venue Bking & Charges A 50% depsit f the ttal venue hire and any additinal service fees is required t secure an event and/r functin date alng with a signed cpy f Laurent s Terms & Cnditins and prf f payment. Laurent des nt accept cheques, hwever des accept credit cards. A qutatin fr a prvisinal bking is valid fr furteen (14) days. A refundable depsit f R5, including VAT is required fr any shrtages, damages r breakages t any prperty f Laurent, the balance f which will be repaid within a week after the functin/event. The client will be held respnsible fr any and all shrtages, damages r breakages that might ccur. Smking In accrdance with Suth African legislatin, smking is nly allwed in pen areas.
