In additin t the range f superb wines, all f which will feature a specially designed elbulli sticker with many bttles signed by Ferran Adrià and Juli Sler, the sale will nw include dinner with the famed elbulli chef and a range f memrabilia and equipment that was used in the elbulli kitchen. The auctins, which take place n 3 April 2013 in Hng Kng and in New Yrk n 26 April 2013, will benefit the elbulli Fundatin - an experimental centre lking at the prcess f culinary innvatin and creativity. The fd at elbulli has been widely recgnized as revlutinary, intrducing the wrld t the cncept f technemtinal gastrnmy and setting new standards fr restaurants arund the wrld.
