2 WELCOME TO ODEON! In the center of Odense, ODEON is only five minutes away from Odense train station and about 15 minutes from the highway (E20). We have the perfect framework, whether it s a conference with up to 1740 participants or a meeting for two participants. We can accommodate everything. The facilities are top modern, and we are also pleased to take care of catering and afterwards entertainment. We can also host exhibitions and all kinds of fairs - from small product presentations to very large consumer fairs. Our foyer has lots of square meters for exhibition space. All meeting and conference rooms are flexible and spread over 13,500m2. All furnished with comfortable chairs and with the latest high-tech AV and IT equipment. Wireless internet is of course also available throughout the building. ODEON is directly connected to the 4-star Hotel Radisson Blu with 157 modern and spacious rooms. We have experienced meeting planners and a high level of service and can handle everything from small day meetings to major national and international congresses as well as parties.

4 ODEON - GROUND FLOOR CATERING/EXHIBITION 90 toilets in the basement On the ground floor we find our main entrance with the large beautiful foyer. In the foyer there is our Cafe ODEON Social, entrance to the big hall, as well as our inspiring and stylish lounge areas. The foyer area offers plenty of room for conference stands in many sizes. Of course, it can also be transformed into buffet areas - it is only imagination that sets the limit. The Grand Stage is ideal for all kinds of conferences - accommodating 1,740 seated guests, as well as 3000 standing guests, the stage can accommodate many kinds of events. 5 toilets 4 The two wings of the stage are often used for the smaller conferences with many guests. Here you can set up chairs in both cinema set up and round tables. See below for the number of guests in the different settings. 5 ODEON - FIRST FLOOR ODEON s first floor features another lobby area, ideal for conference situations. Here is a beautiful overview of the lower foyer, all centered around the large, beautiful Le Klint lamp. In the foyer area there are also 2 entrances to the Grand Stage on the 1st balcony. CATERING/EXHIBITION In the first floor there are 9 meeting rooms in different sizes, which can accommodate anywhere from to 100 people. 6 ODEON - SECOND FLOOR In the second floor we find 9 more conference rooms divided into two conference venues. The Carl Nielsen Hall is a concert hall, which is also ideal for large lectures or conferences. The hall can accommodate up to 00 people in a cinema arrangement. There are both a lower and an upper foyer where there is plenty of room for either buffet and lounge area or exhibitions. Focusing on the Funen seasonal and fresh produce, our skilled chefs combine seasonal dishes that offer tasty food experiences to the highest degree. RESTAURANT SCHIØTZ Restaurant Schiøtz composes special gastronomic dishes for special events. Restaurant Shiøtz has one of the best locations in ODEON, namely at the head of the house. Here you can hold a more pleasant and relaxed corporate party or an event that seats 200 guests while enjoying the stunning view of the new town center - Thomas B. Thriges Street, known as the Fra Gade til By project. REMEMBER! We always meet your wishes and special needs. CAFÉ ODEON SOCIAL If you need a cup of freshly brewed coffee, a delicious piece of cake or other light refreshments, the cafe in the lower floor is always open. Every day from you can come and eat or have a game of table tennis in our delicious, casual café environment.

14 STRETCH YOUR LEGS ART ROUTE/EXHIBITION Do you need to stretch your legs after a long meeting? Then we have a route in our beautiful house. Take a folder at your meeting room, or in the foyer, and follow the route tightly. If you collect all the clues, we will give a free cup of coffee in the café ODEON social. Have fun! GUIDED TOUR We can also offer a guided tour of the house where you come to places where guests usually do not have access. This may include the backstage room, the large hall or the technology room. 15 WE CAN DO MUCH MORE... CONCERTS, CAFE, RESTAURANT AND MUCH MORE ODEON is more than meetings and conferences facilities. With more than 50 major theater and music events a year, ODEON is one of Denmark s largest cultural providers. We have everything from great international star soloists, great guest performances in opera, ballet and musicals, to revues, classical concerts, children s theater and of course pop and rock concerts. Every week we also have guided tours of the house that many guests buy. On the classic tour you will find the most interesting parts of ODEON. You can, among other things, experience the beautiful foyer area of the house, the big hall and many other places that you normally do not experience when visiting ODEON, as a concert traveler. Odeon also houses Cafe ODEON Social - here we invite you to community dining every single day. The meal should be good and a bit better than you could make it home - but it should not be too fine. You will arrive before 18:00 if you want to join our daily communal meals! The cafe is open every day from In the lower foyer we have a small scene, Byens Scene. It is set for the little acoustic concert, lecture or a children s theater. In fact, on stage, only the imagination sets the limit! 17 THE ENVIRONMENT ODEON will be at the forefront of sustainability in the environment and climate. We therefore deal with our cleaning products, choice of materials and food waste. Every week ODE- ON s cultist writes a lump for the weekly newspaper in Odense. In July, she wrote about ODEON s attitude towards the environment and the climate. The impressive wooden floor that is located over the longest parts of ODEON consists of a spoon of small spells in different waste trees. Yes, you read correctly. It is actually waste that is now with us. The waste tree is promised treated - however, it required some treatments: startling and grinding (five times actually it got before the result was there). So next time you come to the Grand Stage you can see that we have installed the same floor - but it is painted in a dark color. And did you know that there are lots of solar cells on our roof? If you get far away from the house you can easily see it. It can not generate enough power for the entire house, but we have come a long way because of the installation. In the food area in the house we have made some choices. Several years ago - when we were still in the absolute indentation of ODEON - we decided to become a member of the Smagen af Fyn, which gives us lots of fresh local ingredients that we use every day in the kitchen. Some of the vegetables, meats and whatever we get, we use our food in Café ODEON Social. We did, however, throw out some food in the beginning not all food was eaten every day from the big dishes. Therefore, we signed up for Too Good To Go. An app where you can buy food that had otherwise been thrown out. So with us you can take dinner at home for 39 kroner when there is something left over from our common meal.
