Each room accommodates up to 14 board room style and 20 theatre style. This room is located in a cluster of smaller meeting rooms, off a separate corridor removed from general public traffic and with a separate external entry. When privacy and minimum distraction is important, the villas offer a comfortable alternative to the conference centre.

Rooms offer private balconies to enjoy the breathtaking views over the Southern Ocean. Contemporary décor, new bathrooms, 40" plasma televisions and Wi-Fi make these rooms the ideal place for delegates to relax at the end of the day. Two and three bedroom self-contained villas are set on the golf course and offer private ensuites to each bedroom, full kitchen and living area.
