3 Coming from the city of Bordeaux, the Chef Benedicte Van der Motte is described as epicurean, in constant research for the pleasure of the senses in her plates. This dynamic Chef showed her talent at Alleno and Frechon before joining the Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero Hotel as sous-chef and then the Renaissance Republique Hotel as the Chef. Today in the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe cuisine, it is a young and vibrant team which works under the command of Benedicte V an der Motte to offer the best of the contemporary French food, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Chef gave her for mission to make discover the French culinary heritage to her hosts by serving a creative & home-made cooking made of refined French products. A tasty address in the capital, a few steps away from the Champs-Elysees and the Eiffel Tower, offering an opportunity for the international dinner guests to discover the French dishes of one exemplary Chef.
