WELCOME TO THE SCOTSMAN HOTEL With a range of spaces to suit all requirements and budgets, our experienced events team will provide seamless support before and during your event. With capacities of between people, and truly show stopping unique features like your own private outdoor terrace, we can help your event stand out from the crowd. Located right in the heart of the city, ideally situated between the old and new towns and just steps away from Waverley Train Station, our beautiful listed building still retains many original features, including wood panelled rooms, stained glass windows, roaring real fires and its trademark marble staircase. It benefits from an engineered timber floor and classic wood panelling in a neutral finish. Immediately adjacent, this suite also benefits from it s own unique outdoor terrace. Concealed entirely from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside, it has its own weather proof roofing system and is fully heated, making it the perfect space to break away and take a breather.

Allowing for all the intimacy required for board meetings and special dinners, without any of the stuffiness or lack of character. With full natural daylight, the room also features wood panelling and is designed in a warm and welcoming style. Ideal both on its own or combined with the larger suite. THE GLENFIDDICH & BALVENIE SUITES TOGETHER These two spaces may be combined in order to accommodate larger conferences and events, giving a unique space which work wonderfully well together. The Glenfiddich Suite is perfect for the main plenary room with The Balvenie Suite ideal for private registration, exhibition or catering with hassle free semi interconnection in a self-contained area. These two suites will also include exclusive use of the outdoor terrace.

Benefitting from large windows, the room is filled with natural light and neutral, welcoming tones. With a wall mounted flat screen television and everything you need to get connected, it is perfect for board meetings and brainstorms with a difference.
