2 Functions at The Bottega Kitchen, Uleybury Wines At Uleybury we pride ourselves in our authentic Italian cuisine for your event. We will always bring in season produce to the table and concentrate on traditional wholesome fare. Uniquely Uleybury. from our family to yours. Function Room (A) The contemporary and modern interior provides a relaxing ambience for your event. It offers a flexible space in an ideal setting with panoramic views of the vineyard. Maximum Seating 70 Function Room (B) Fully enclosed by windows, the side room area provides an uninterrupted view of the gardens, vineyard & ocean. Maximum Seating 50 Function Room (A + B) Maximum seating for both spaces together 130 or 100 with room for entertainment Maximum Seating Cocktail style 150 with room for entertainment (increased numbers may require a marquee depending on weather) Under 50 persons may occur a room hire charge at the discretion of management. Drinks can be purchased on either on consumption, a tab at the bar or a drinks package. All menu selections are subject to seasonal changes and availability of ingredients and all dietary requirements can be catered for with given prior arrangement.

3 Cocktail function menu Please choose up to 8 items from the list below, these can either be offered around to your guests or placed on a vintage style food stand. A selection of our famous wood oven pizzas will also be served continuously throughout the event. $55/person or $65 with dessert pizzas (extra options can be offered). Entrée Antipasto platter A selection of cured meats, cheese, olives and marinated vegetables House made dips Freshly made dips served with toasted flat bread and a selection of crisp vegetables Wood oven pizza An assorted selection of The Bottegas finest range of house made pizzas Main Bistecca Scotch Fillet marinated in rosemary & Murray sea salt, char d, then slow roasted until pink, a selection of sauces will accompany each platter along with a portion of garlic mash. Porchetta Rolled pork loin stuffed with sage, macadamia, apricot and slow roasted then served with a selection of sauces and a cumin spiced slaw Pollo Crispy skinned chicken breast spiced with paprika and olive oil, then chargrilled on the bone and served with a selection of sauces and buttered corn on the cob Ravioli Spinach & fetta parcels cooked to perfection, then severed with a creamy white wine and shallot sauce along with a green salad Pesce Depending on the seasonal availability the choice and style of fish will be advised Dessert Torta A selection of Italian styled cakes and house made desserts will be served on a vintage style food stand for guests to help them selves $75/person for 3 main choices or $85 for 4 main choices. Bread, rosemary roasted potatoes and baked root vegetables included in the price.

7 Main Bistecca Scotch Fillet marinated in rosemary & Murray sea salt, charged then slow roasted until pink and served with a red wine jus. Chicken alla Cacciatora Chicken seasoned with a thyme & sea salt rub, pan-fried on the bone and then slow cooked in sugo, cherry tomatoes, capers and olives. Pesce Atlantic salmon wrapped in thinly sliced pancetta, then pan-fried until golden and served with a white wine & dill butter sauce. Pollo Chicken breast filled with spinach and ricotta, then drizzled with a roasted pine nut and cream sauce All mains are served with rosemary & sea salt roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, green salad and bread for the table. Dessert Panna Cotta Cream enriched with vanilla bean and served with berry compote Tiramisu Coffee soaked sponge fingers layered with a creamy mascarpone with a hit of Kahlua Chocolate & Nutella brownie Chocolate blended with the hazelnut flavours of Nutella baked and served with clotted cream.

8 Hire and booking fees To hold your function at Uleybury $ This fee is just a basic room hire to cover the general cleaning and rubbish removal. To hold only your ceremony at Uleybury $ The pergola and lawn area adjacent to the restaurant is the perfect location to host your ceremony and to use the surrounding grounds as the backdrop for your Wedding photos. To hold your ceremony and wedding at Uleybury $ The booking fee for a wedding is a larger due to the fact that we will close our restaurant and gardens for lunch on the day of your wedding. This will allow you to have plenty of time to have all the setup arrangements completed well in advance and hopefully stress free. What s included? Exclusive use of pergola and lawn area for the day of your wedding (closed to the public) Access to the Restaurant from the Thursday prior to the event for the setup Signing table Access to the vineyard and barrel room for photos. Cleaning and rubbish removal Booking / Confirmation To confirm your event a booking deposit of $10 per person is required along with a copy of the signed Terms and Conditions form. Deposits must be paid no less than four weeks prior to your function date and bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

9 Why not add something a little different to your event? Crepe food truck/ Ice-cream van Why not add a quirky element to your event and incorporate a food truck that can serve from our lawn area (depending on availability). Outdoor cinema Treat your guests to dinner and drinks before moving out on to the lawn area for a sunset cinema session (depending on availability and weather). Eventstagram Have live hash tagging at your event on the big screen that guests can load up photo to themselves for everyone to view on the night. All of the above examples are subject to price & availability and can be discussed with your function coordinator.

12 Terms and Conditions Room Hire Room Hire costs for the use of the restaurant and side function room is $800.00, if the functions are under 40 persons. Exclusive use of either of our function rooms during normal restaurant service may incur a room hire cost at the discretion of the manager depending on numbers and package. Booking / Confirmation To confirm you event booking a deposit of $10 per person is required along with a copy of the signed Terms and Conditions form. Deposits must be paid no less than four weeks prior to your function date. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellations Deposits will not be refunded if a function is cancelled within four weeks of function date. Confirmation of Guest Numbers Final confirmation of guest numbers must be given no later than one week prior to your function date. No refund of deposits will be given should guest numbers decrease within the week prior to your function date. Final Payment All functions require full payment one week prior to function date. Risk All people attending a function held by The Bottega Kitchen at Uleybury Wines are on the property entirely at their own risk. All guests should follow staff instructions and stay within the confines of public areas identified by no trespass signs. Damage or Loss of Goods The Bottega Kitchen staff do not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of goods hired by the client for the function or by The Bottega Kitchen on behalf of the client. Nor responsibility for any damage or loss of goods by your guests or by outside contractors engaged by the client or by The Bottega Kitchen on behalf of the client. Further, the client is financially responsible for any damage done to The Bottega Kitchen onsite equipment and premises. Responsible Service Disclaimer The Bottega Kitchen staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is under the age of 18, unruly, overly intoxicated, or anyone acting toward other guest or staff in a threatening manner.
